Vincent Cottage is nestled in the woods of West Tisbury, set in the heart of Martha's Vineyard on a private drive just off the Edgartown/West Tisbury Road. This clean, quiet home is conveniently located near beautiful beaches, main street shopping and tourist attractions; features a private outdoor space for entertainment; has nearby nature trails and fields.

Convenient, central location to every corner of the island:
- 10 minutes to gorgeous Lambert’s Cove (Rental allows you to purchase access to this private town beach!)
- 4 minutes to Alley’s General Store and historic downtown West Tisbury (Perfect place to grab a coffee and the paper!)

Wonderful Stay!

The property worked perfect for our family of 3 along with our dog. It was centrally located, really clean, and Jess was wonderful to deal with as she was very responsive throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay here again.

Cottage was exactly as advertised. Clean & with all the amenities needed for a MV vacation. If you like a quiet and wooded setting away from the crowds then this is your spot. Great for families traveling with dog. Extra bonus is hiking trail just out the back door and bike trail across from end of driveway. Host was attentive to our request and very responsive.

Another great stay for two weeks this time. Central location on the island. Quiet and relaxing. Lamberts Cove beach access was amazing. Added bonus being right next to the bike/running trail. We appreciated the new addition of the mini-splits a/c’s as well. Jess is a wonderful host.

Peaceful oasis

Absolutely loved our stay last week. Very comfortable and welcoming cottage. So quiet and private. The location in West Tisbury is perfect as it’s central to most everything on the island. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and grilling. Outdoor shower was fab.Looking forward to returning next year!

Wonderful Cottage

Jessica’s cottage is completely charming. Clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location (just a 4-min drive to A9 Foods behind Alleys!). My husband, dog, and I all thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would love to stay here again on future trips.

Perfect Getaway

Jessica’s cottage is the perfect spot for an island getaway. Close and accessible to all the must sees of the island, but secluded enough to escape the busy scenes. I would recommend this place to anyone! Great communication and a delight to stay with!
