This apartment was perfect for our long weekend in St. Albans. Cozy and pleasant. Very clean and it included anything we could have possibly needed. The host was kind and responded quickly. Would absolutely stay here again the next time we are in town!
What a great apartment to stay in! There was everything and anything you could need for your stay, and it was very clean and comfortable. We were bicycling and did not have a vehicle and there were plenty of stores, restaurants and breweries within walking distance - convenient location. There was also a safe spot to store our bikes. Lisa is a great host, and we would highly recommend staying here when in St. Albans.
Quaint apt in city was spacious and adequate for two adults. It was close to town shops, the museum, and the farmers market with a great variety of items - from foods to wine to maple syrup products, and many hand made treasures including scarves, wooden bowls, and goats milk soaps. Perfect gifts to take home.
Good value for money, within easy walking distance of restaurants etc. Place very tidy, clean, and comfortable.
However, regular cleaning charge really jacks up the cost for a one-night stay, which is very reasonable for multi-day stay.
Main issue is that access from door is down steep steps with low headroom. Difficult to manage -- especially with baggage -- not good for people who aren't limber!
Small issue: Somehow, keurig user that I am, I failed to get the coffee maker to function properly. Whether I used K-cup or alternative coffee retainer, I only got hot water out of the machine. Had to place coffee retainer in my cup and fill it with hot water ...
Studio 19a is a great value for someone needing a place in St. Albans for a night or two. Though small, the place is cozy, with a comfortable bed and plush towels. It’s a short walk to the lively downtown, and Lisa has a kitchen set up for basic use.
Good except the bed. Mattress was very uncomfortable.

This was a good spot to stay. Easy in and out as far as location. Quiet area, comfortable space. My only dislike was the stairs and a curtain is needed on the door. Overall I throughly enjoyed my stay.
Overall very good. There was a lot of activity above me walking late at night that is noticeable. But I am a light sleeper and it's too be expected in a basement unit.
Perfect location- close to many shops, town green etc. Owner paid much attention to detail, well appointed, very clean, comfortable recliner chairs, full kitchen. The only thing that could make this even better would be a Queen size bed instead of full but would likely be a tight fit. Pretty comfortable bed overall. Will definitely be repeat customers going forward.
I enjoyed my stay at this property. Was very comfortable and described it well. There are a few stairs to go down to get to the unit but workable. Great host
L'emplacement de l'appartement près du centre de Saint-Albans, la propreté et les petits extras fournis par la propriétaire contribuent à ce que mes séjours au Studio 19A soient toujours agréables.
This has become my go to place to stay when visting my old stomping grounds. Cozy and convenient, perfect size for a single or couple. Mich care is given to every detail. Excellent hosts!

We selected this as a base for exploring fall colours and Burlington, because further in towards the east accommodation was fully booked or very expensive. For that purpiae it was good The hosts are great and were very pro-activexin sorting out a few minor problems
Bed was very comfortable, variety of pillows was great. This is a small studio-ish apartment. The bedroom is separate which is great if you are traveling with someone. While it is on the small side, the furniture choice and layout made it feel spacious. Very convenient location to downtown, should be walkable for most guests. No issues with cleanliness. There is a vaporizer machine with lights which was a nice touch.Highly recommend!
My fiance and I are native Vermonters. Born and raised here in Franklin County, but we love to travel and see the country. We enjoy hosting people from all walks of life!
