Description: Please read entire ad**
Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can.
**Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well.
It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. I communicate via text, ensuring your safety, and can happily recommend restaurants, viewing sites, etc, if requested.

Great stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was excellent with communication and kept us updated when the power went out while we were away and when it came back on. We really appreciated the attentiveness and will definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a week while our kids attended a KSC summer camp nearby, and it was a fantastic home base. The host was quick to reply and kindly let us charge our EV, which made the daily commute effortless. The house was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything a family needs. It was also wonderfully quiet—even the host and dog next door were calm and considerate. Thank you for a great stay; we'd gladly book again on our next trip to the area!

Clean and comfortable. We let ourselves in and out seamlessly. Everything was well labeled to assist with proper use. Air was on and nicely cold when we arrived. I ran water through the coffee maker thinking it might be yucky, but it wasn't! We found a fun game in the drawer and Netflix on the tv. Wifi worked well all week. There isn't an inside door to the gated backyard for dogs, but we didn't have any trouble getting through the side gate to let the dog roam out back. All humans and dogs were comfy and well accommodated

The host was easy to get a hold of and very friendly & accommodating. Check in was very easy. The house was clean and easy to find, definitely met our expectations. The a/c worked great, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for all 5 of us. We only stayed one night after our cruise and weren't there long enough to use all of the amenities, but I would certainly stay again.

I was not super impressed by our stay here. When we arrived the smell of bleach was so strong we had to keep the door open and open the windows to air it out. The sheets and towels had black dog hairs on them. Worst feeling is wiping your clean body with a towel that leaves dog hairs on you. The floors were sticky and moist the whole time we were there. I'm not sure why? There was one washcloth that was bleach stained and one tiny bottle of shampoo. I've stayed at quite a few rentals and this one was the worst. Truly disappointed in our stay.

Easy check in, house was clean and inviting. Nice side yard for our dog. The beds were very comfortable also. Will definitely keep Tom's place on my list for future rocket launch adventures.
