Welcome to the House FORSTHAUS!
Experience rest and relaxation with Forest romance and Disigner style in our completed in November 2013 holiday home. The 110 square meter house is very modern and tastefully fitted. It offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms accommodate a total of 6 people - an ideal accommodation for larger families or couples traveling together with children.

Downstairs there is a large, furnished in the latest design living area with fireplace, a dining area with leather chairs and an integrated fully equipped kitchen. The cozy seating area includes leather sofa, armchairs and a 32 '' large screen TV in 3D with Blu Ray player for entertainment. A wireless connection can be used free of charge. The walk from the living room west facing terrace overlooking the forest offers comfortable outdoor furniture with parasol and electric barbecue.

Also on the ground floor you will find a comfortable furnished in designer style double-box spring, wardrobe, chair and table. From the bedroom access to the south terrace is possible. The large, light-filled and very beautifully furnished bathroom is equipped with walk-in shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. An access to the garden is given from the bathroom. In economic area a washing machine is housed, which can be used free of charge.

The top floor will surprise you with a spacious bedroom, which consists among other things of a corner with a comfortable double boxspring and side table. A small Secretary and chair offers a quiet place to write. The seating area serves 2 armchairs, a unique table, spacious sideboards and a TV in 3 D with Blue Ray player and completes the space. Another bedroom is equipped with a double box spring bed, wardrobe. Upstairs there is also a guest toilet and another bathroom with shower, sink, reclining chair and access to the free sauna.

The living rooms are equipped with laminate flooring, all other floors are tiled. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating. For Forsthaus include 2 car parking spaces and a large garden. Firewood is available for free. We look forward to you!

Tolles Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage

Klasse Lage des Hauses fußläufig zum Boddenstrand und 10 Minuten zu den Ostseestränden, sehr verkehrsgünstig für Ausflüge (Rügen, Greifswald, Rostock, Darß etc.) Super Ausstattung der Küche, riesiger Garten und gute Bausubstanz des Hauses (gut isoliert auch bei schlechtem Wetter) mit Carport und abschließbarem Fahrradschuppen,

Perfekt

Das Haus ist wie ja schon mehrfach beschrieben perfekt, die Siedlung mit den gut 50 Reetdach-Häusern ist sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Es ist alles da was man braucht., alles ist hochwertig, teils absolut neuwertig. Einrichtung und Dekoration ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail gemacht worden. Jammern auf ganz hohen Niveau: der Kühlschrank könnte größer sein, aber da denkt Frau Kulas (super nett) schon drüber nach. Ideal für Hundebesitzer, ganz kleine Hunde können aber an ein paar Stellen unter dem Zaun durch. Zecken-Prophylaxe ist in dieser Gegend ein MUSS. Brötchen kann man in der Landbäckerei in Pruchten bestellen. 5 Sterne voll verdient, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind kommen wir wieder.
