Ma maison au soleil du midi

Between Montpellier and Sète, between sea and river, in the heart of a medieval village, typically Mediterranean, lies my house in a quiet, green setting. Away from the problems of the city, with all the advantages of yesteryear: bakery, butcher's, market-gardener are just a stone's throw away, and at the end of the village, a small supermarket. There's a sense of security in Pignan and free parking. At the end of the street you'll find the Château du Conte de Turenne and its large park with century-old trees.

Entrance is through the patio gate. There's a swimming Entrance is via the patio gate. The garden and swimming pool are there to cool off, as is a large table for summer barbecues under the stars. Climb upstairs to access the living areas. The kitchen opens onto the living room and a large terrace with another dining area overlooking the garden. For your nights, there are two bedrooms (160 cm, 100 cm and 120 cm, 100 cm, 90 cm beds). The bathroom has a bath. The WC is separate.
You'll love getting back to your roots in this arty, authentic 1958 house, decorated in a blend of traditional and modern, and completely renovated!

The entrance to your home is at 6 Bis rue de la Chicanette. You can stop in front of the gate to drop off your luggage without parking in front of the neighboring garages. You can then park on rue du Castel, route de Saussan, next to the Cave Coopérative...

Grundsätzlich war es eine schöne Wohnung, wenn auch sehr hellhörig. Von Nachbarn hat man bis spät in die Nacht jeden Schritt gehört. Der Garten und der Pool waren schön, auch wenn dieser nach wenigen Tagen mit einer verstopften Pumpe zu kämpfen hatte, weshalb er sehr schmutzig war. Dies wurde uns nachträglich in Rechnung gestellt, ohne Schuldnachweis und obwohl wir den Pool vor Abreise gereinigt und den Filter ausgetauscht haben. Der Pool lief einwandfrei bei Abreise. Das war nicht fair. Den Babyhochstuhl gab es nicht, wir wussten uns aber selbst zu helfen. Die Vermieterin war bis zu unserer Abreise sehr nett und freundlich. Der Parkplatz um die Ecke ist immer komplett besetzt, so muss man relativ weit weg vom Haus parken. Das Dorf und die Gegend insgesamt ist sehr schön und ruhig. Der Strand, welcher 25 Autominuten entfernt ist, ist ebenfalls wunderschön und sauber.
