Repeat Visitor

This is our 2nd year at courtside Villas and we'll definitely be returning next year. We rented 3 different sized units for our large extended family during Christmas vacation and each unit was well equipped, well maintained and suited our varied needs. The grounds are well maintained and the pool area never over crowded with a very friendly atmosphere. The location is great with shopping and groceries walking distance. Emanuele and his wife are always so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.. A homey atmosphere, great for families!!!

Villa was perfect and right across from tennis courts. Villa had everything we needed. when we had a question about the AC, someone was there immediately. He even offered to take our garbage out when he left. So nice and responsive throughout.

We stayed at courtside villas in June while visiting our family that leaves in the neighborhood. We loved our experience and will be staying there for our next visits! It started with a very good service from the manager Emanuele upon our arrival. Everything was ready and got our keys very fast. We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious with a big bathroom, walk-in closet, kitchen and living room. The apartment was very clean and this is something very important for us. You have everything to make you feel like home, with WI-FI, all equipped kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool was just across our patio and we took advantage of it with the heat of Florida. We love walking so we took long walks around the neighborhood. Courtside Villas is in a good and safe location. You have everything around, Publix for Grocery shopping, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops and stores for a little shopping. I would definitely go back to Courtside Villa and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice, comfortable and quiet stay.

Very happy and comfortable place

The apartment was very clean and bright. Had everything we needed for our seven week stay. Very comfortable and homey. Emanuele and his employees were very attentive and friendly. They responded quickly to needs or requests. Pool is clean and well-kept. Exercise classes every morning in the pool. Guests were friendly and many have been vacationing here for years. I highly recommend Courtside Villas.

Good value and location!

We were looking for a convenient location during summer camp at Evert Tennis Academy. The apartment was literally 2 minutes walking-distance from the academy. Clean, comfortable, and well appointed.

Great for Families

We stayed at Courtside Villa's for 10 days with my family. Our 4 and 1 year old doughters enjoied the pool so Much. The environment was so safe and silent, girls love to see the Squirels. The cleanning service makes it easy for you. Loundry system was working properly. The location was great to see around. The leasing office was so friendly and helps what you need. I reccomend you to choose a ground floor villa if you have baby.

Clean and Accomdating

The townhouse was exactly what we were looking for and Emmanuelle made it so easy and convenient for our last minute trip to Florida. The place was the perfect amount of space for us and our kids, everything was clean and it was great to have a kitchen and laundry room. The location is in west Boca, near many restaurants and stores.

Clean and comfortable accommodations..highly recommend!

Our villa was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for our visit. The bed soft, water pressure strong, appliances worked well and kitchen had everything you would need. Our son was in the Evert camp for the week and it was nice to walk a short distance each day. The villa is in a great location with good restaurants nearby, walking trails and shopping at the Boca Raton Mall 4 miles down the road. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent accommodation if visiting Evert Academy. Kids can walk to the academy. Waking distance from shopping and some good places to eat.

Great place!

Great place to stay! We were visiting our daughter who lives in West Boca and the location was great for us. 2 bedroom condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our family of 4. Emanuel always was available if you needed him. Very close to dinning and shopping, which was a plus!

A Great, Pleasant Hideaway

Everything you would want is available at Courtside Villas!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Courtside Villas. The apartment was clean and fully equipped. The location was perfect. We were near all the stores, restaurants, movie theater, and our friends and relatives. Emanuel , Natasha and staff were always available with answers to questions and recommendations to restaurants. A great place to stay

Wonderful and personal service, clean, modern and god location!

Stayed for two weeks in the apartment. It was clean, modern and fully equipped. The location is great, even able to walk to some places! Would definetly stay again and giving my warmest recomendation. Emanuel and staff gave great service!

Easy Transition

I found Courtside Villas while looking for a short time rental to live in while working as a young professional for 6 months nearby. The office staff was incredibly flexible and Emanuele met me on a Sunday to show me the amzingly clean and fully-equipped apartment. I immediately felt welcomed and pictured this as my home for the next 6 months. This was by-far the best place in the area for the money. During my stay I was constantly impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, the cleanliness of the complex and the friendliness of the community. Staying at the Courtisde Villas helped me transition into living in Boca Raton and have now found it to be my full-time home after accepting a full-time job position. Every detail was thought of in making these apartments comfortable for those of all lifestyles.

Memorable Vacation

We stayed at Courtside Villas for 12 days. The condo was light, bright, fully equipped and centrally located. We really appreciated the home-like aspects of this condo. The location is very convenient to malls, supermarkets, restaurants and the highways. The accommodations were perfect for us. Loved the spacious master bedroom. There was a large walk-in closet and the bathrooms were nicely updated. Most important was the communications with the property manager. He was excellent with all the arrangements before our arrival and very responsive to anything that came up during our stay. We hope to be able to make the trip and stay at Courtside Villas again.

Happy renters

Returning each winter to Courtside Villas has become a wonderful part of our lives. Emanuele is always sure to make our stay both comfortable and enjoyable. The apartments are very clean and functional. The location is perfect. The people are great and a big plus is being able to bring our dog with us. And definitely not to forget Pam who provides us with Water Aerobics Monday through Friday and many, many laughs.

Very Good Experience

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Courtside Villas. The staff could not have been any nicer and more accommodating and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The area perfect for activities and shopping. Like many of the people we met there we will be returning again next year.
