The Space:

The pictures tell it all! San Remo 301, located in Blue Mountain, on the Gulf side of 30A, has been architecturally detailed in a unique manner that provides stunning water views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, master bedroom and queen guest room. At 2100 sq. ft., this is one of only 4 oversized END units in this complex, providing ample living area, a large wrap-around balcony with multiple seating areas and a large dining table. This unit overlooks the beach, the fountain pond inhabited with turtles and the Olympic size pool & hot tub.



Guests will truly feel relaxed in the king master bedroom with morning views of the Gulf. Unwind in the serenity of the oversized master bathroom with your own private Jacuzzi bathtub and oversized shower. The second guest room is outfitted with TWO queen beds, private bathroom and flat-screen TV. Nestled in the adjacent corner is a cozy twin over twin bunk room (third bedroom) with their own flat-screen TV, perfect for the kids! The fourth guest room with a Queen bed boasts gorgeous views! The living/dining area is wide open and includes a 52” widescreen TV. Guests will never want to leave!



San Remo is one of the finest beachfront complexes on 30A. As a private, gated community that is only 4 stories, there is never an overcrowded feeling. The San Remo beach area is beautiful, spacious, and uncrowded. The combination of convenient beach access and the fountain pond provide a truly unique atmosphere. Remember, all beaches are not created equal!



Just out the front door and about a five-minute walk to the west, you’ll find yourself at Gulf Place.

Restaurants, Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream & Candy Shop, Shunk Gulley (Live music, sports screens and great oysters); Growler’s Garage, (upscale custom brewed beers), coffee & cupcake shop and a general store are among the local offerings to top off your beach vacation at San Remo. Located on the 18+ mile asphalt bike/walking trail, it provides unlimited entertainment opportunities for all ages, including summer concerts on the Gulf Place Green.



When your beach day concludes, you can hop in the car & head 5 miles east on 30A to Watercolor and Seaside for shopping & dining or take a 20-minute drive west and explore fine shopping at Silver Sands Outlet Mall and Grand Boulevard shopping center, offering a wonderful array of dining choices-Cantina Loredo, Mitchell's Fish Market and Restaurant, Tommy Bahamas Tropical Cafe, and Flemings Steak House. You can also enjoy in theater dining at the movie theatre in Miramar Beach. Baytowne Wharf in Sandestin is also a quick drive which offers quaint shops, numerous restaurants, nightclubs, live open-air concerts, and great people watching, or continue on to Destin for fishing, dining and shopping galore!

Great family vacation spot

Family Vacation!

Absolutely loved this place! Was very clean, has a beautiful view of the beach from the patio. Short walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub are amazing. Staff was friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone. Close to so many wonderful places to eat and shop. This family from Mississippi was absolutely happy to be there.

Beautiful beach condo

We loved this condo. It's neat and clean and decorated nicely. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the gulf view too. The only minor issue, was we wish they had directions on how to operate the remotes for the TVs.

A perfect week on 30-A!

We feel like we really found a jewel in this condo rental at San Remo. The place was decorated so well and it felt much more like a true home away from home than just your typical beach rental. The views and access to the beach were amazing and we loved the quiet complex yet the access to all that 30-A has to offer. The condo is laid out so well that we never felt crowded and there was plenty of room for our 2 toddlers to roam. We only wish we could have extended our stay. We will definitely come to 301-San Remo again and we may tell our friends about it as long as it can still remain our little secret. Thank you Linda for a much needed week away!

A - MAY - ZING

Not sure where to begin -- the home is beautiful. 5 adults and 4 children and we were so comfortable. The home is immaculate. The view simply stunning and the location is probably the best of any rental we have had on the Emerald Coast. Not surprising, they chose a strong property management team that communicated well and handle only one issue we had and it was our issue, not the condo. With location, size, beach chairs and functionality, this unit is a value. Many wonderful memories were made on our stay. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Beautiful condo.....Disappointing experience.....Mold/mildew smell

The pictures match the condo perfectly. The view from the master bedroom is beautiful. However, our first couple of days could have been avoided had someone come to the condo first to make sure all was in order. Upon entering the condo, we experienced a horrible mold/mildew smell that permeated throughout the place. We discovered the stench was coming from the wet patio pillows being placed inside the condo and on the fabric furniture in the living room. We called Linda immediately. She said I should buy Febreeze, which we did. It did not help. The smell was still strong and by 3 a.m., I sent Linda another email to let her know it was still bad. In the morning, she sent the workman who had cleaned the furniture to steam them again and he left a dehumidifier going in the home overnight. The patio pillows left inside the house were not suitable for outdoor pillows, so they mildewed easily. The dehumidifier was very noisy. By then we were in to our third day of five. This was not the only problem, though. The remote in the children's bedroom did not work, nor did the television work properly- fuzz and poor picture if at all. The handyman who had come to fix the odor problem also fixed the tv for us. It was because of a faulty connection to the wall. We are just a family of 3 and there were not enough towels or toilet paper. She did send the cleaning person who gave us more as well as batteries to fix the non-working remote. If I would have known about the too few towels, I definitely would have brought our own! Also, the wireless was sporadic and not working properly. Linda had us call the internet provider but they did not help us. It was sporadic, at best, with how it worked. Also, the code to go onto the beach from the private access in the community was not correct, and we had to ask someone to find out for us. That took some time as we were there over New Years, and very few people were outside. One or two of these problems would not have been bad, but these added in with the terrible stench made it difficult. Our belongings, once we got home, still smelled from the mold/mildew. Although we had gotten our deposit back, we do feel that we should have been reimbursed for the two nights we were very much inconvenienced by the horrible stench and dehumidifier having to be placed in the home . I would suggest having their cleaning person or someone else come and inspect the condo before each new renter come. That could have prevented most of these problems.

This was a very disappointing experience from my end also. I have had 5 star ratings consistently on this property. I will be as brief a possible and leave it to others to read between the lines. There were 16 towels for 3 people -- but I had more brought in the next morning. The remote did not work on 1 of the 4 tvs -- a battery needed to be replaced which could have been simply fixed by taking them from another remote or from the extra storage in the laundry room. I had more batteries brought in the next morning. The gate code to the beach changes for security reasons -- in my conversation with the guest they advised someone came along very quickly and gave them the extra digit needed. They also had the option of calling me via mobile right away if they were in peril -- I am always available to my guests. They did not state in their review that they complained vigorously about the WiFi -- after several calls and me sending a third party to help them it was 'operator error' -- their devices did not load the signal as fast as it was being sent. Last, the moldy smell they told me about was a result of the semi-annual deep cleaning provider leaving the patio cushions inside to dry. I sent 3 separate people over the next day to address this but to specifically give me independent barometers on how bad the situation really was. All 3 individuals advised they could not smell anything. This guest texted me 9 times starting at 3:52 a.m. Sunday morning. Again, up until this guest I have 5 star ratings. I am profoundly disappointed in this experience. After much reflection I offered the guest an extra night. Have I ever offered guests some type of compensation when something legitimately goes wrong? I manage 6 condos -- sometimes things happen and yes, in those rare instances where something has happened I offered the guest an appropriate rebate. I truly mean no offense to the guest but this particular situation just did not feel right to me.

Wonderful family vacation!

This property was exactly what we were looking for! There were 10 of us including an 11 month old. The condo was all on one level which concerned me a little about being crowded but it was big enough and spread out in such a way that it worked out great! We loved the location as well. It was close to a lot of restaurants, etc. and not crowded. We plan to come back!!

Great Location

It was a great property. The views and space were perfect for what we needed. When we first checked in the unit was extremely dusty and made us nervous that it hadn’t been cleaned thoroughly. We contacted the property manager and they had someone out to remedy the situation quickly. The space is large and felt welcoming. We had 8 adults and kids with us and never felt on top of each other. We would definitely come back and stay at this same property.

Beautiful Condo!!

We could not be more pleased with our stay in this condo. The location within the small complex was excellent as it is on the end so we had plenty of room outside to keep all beach toys and chairs without bringing sand into the room. We had 6 adults and 4 kids under the age of 9 and there was plenty of room for all. Because of COVID we cooked most meals on the available grill by the pool. We bought fresh seafood at a local store for grilling. We walked to the nearby ice cream shop for a cool treat. Will definitely be back!!

The condo had the best view, being on the 3rd floor you could really see the gorgeous gulf waters and lots of dolphins too! The condo itself was very spacious and had everything you need for a great vacation! Can’t wait to go back!
