Divided into two independent apartments, the house can be rented as a whole. It is located 40 km from Grenoble, 40 km from Le Bourget-du-Lac, 30 km from Chambéry, 6 km from Savoie, and 25 minutes from the highway

Allevard is a spa town. There are numerous hiking opportunities in Belledonne, Chartreuse, and Savoie
—you can set out on foot from the house (or by mountain bike) without needing a car.
