The apartment is located in a unique location directly on the lake (about 30 meters), right on the marina surrounded by a well-tended park. The exclusive district of Konstanz 'Musicians district' with its historic villas imprinted country side surroundings.

Stroll along the shore to the outdoor pool 'Hörnle' to Bodenseetherme or Rheinstrandbad. Or use the bathroom one of the smaller coves in the immediate vicinity of the house.

The apartment offers 91 sqm high-quality furnishings with two bedrooms, a living and dining room, one towards the lake aligned southeast-facing balcony, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bath with shower attachment and a separate toilet. Washer and dryer are available.

From all rooms you have direct view of the lake. The panoramic windows of the living room allows you a direct close look at the activities on the lake, the marina, on the Swiss shore and the mountain ranges in the background.

The balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room accessible. Experience from the balcony the passing yachts and ships the passenger and commercial vessels, while cool the bather in water or come together for sunbathing or for a chat on the shore.

The apartment can accommodate up to four Vedas people. It is ideally suited for families. If required, we provide a Holzgitterbettchen for the smallest available.

The apartment has a separate entrance with its own staircase.

Pets can not be recorded. Smoking is not permitted in the living quarters.

Ideal für eine abwechslungsreiche Woche

Unsere kleine Familie hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die schöne grosse Wohnung liegt perfekt für Spaziergänge ins Städtchen oder am Seeufer entlang. Alles ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Auf dem grossen Balkon kann man sich gut von den Ausflügen erholen. Danke für die schönen Tage!

Belle propriété bien située au bord du lac dans un endroit calme

Nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé pour visiter Constance et la région. Son petit balcon avec vue sur le lac est très agréable. La vieille ville est accessible à pied ou en bateau. L'appartement est bien équipé, un four micro-ondes pourrait être utile ... Endroit à recommander !

Angenehme Woche am Bodensee

Die Wohnung entspricht in jeder Weise der Beschreibung. Sie ist hochwertig und komplett ausgestattet. Wir hatten leider nur eine Woche für den Besuch am Bodensee. Die Wohnung ist aber aufgrund der guten Ausstattung für längere Aufenthalte ideal geeignet. Ein Grund für unsere Wahl war neben der Ausstattung die Lage - Frühstück mit Blick auf Yachthafen und See - Stadtmitte, Therme usw. gut zu Fuss (ca. 2 km) zu erreichen. Zu der angenehmen Woche in Konstanz und Umgebung wurde das Ganze dann auch noch durch den freundlichen Empfang durch unseren Vermieter, Herrn Eckert.abgerundet. Von uns eine klare Empfehlung!
