T3 apartment of 37 m2 in Les Issambres (up to 6 people, 2 bedrooms) on the first floor in a secure residence (access with badges), located in the Gulf of Saint Tropez.

It dominates and enjoys a magnificent view of the sea as well as its huge swimming pool. Very quiet environment, located in a very large because among laurels, umbrella pines, olive trees, etc.

The first beach is 2.5 km by road and the following 200 m from each other, with many free places to park easily, even in the middle of August.

Private parking at the foot of the residence and secure, each accommodation has at least one space. Snack at the swimming pool, breads, croissants, sandwiches, ice creams, drinks (July and August). Outdoor terrace of 10 m2.

The apartment is equipped with an LCD flat screen TV with all channels in the living room, kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, 4 two ceramic hobs, mini-oven/microwave, washing machine, household equipment (coffee maker, teapot, vacuum cleaner, toaster, kettle, vegetable grater, drying rack, etc.)

Très bel appartement

Très bel appartement ! La vue est très agréable, spacieux, et très propre. La climatisation est appréciable également. Le seul point négatif est la localisation du bloc de la Clim sur le balcon… qui rend la terrasse inutilisable avec tout l’air chaud qui ressort…

Super séjour dans un endroit parfait

Le logement est idéalement situé, propre et il y a tout l'équipement dont on a besoin pour passer des bonnes vacances. La piscine est top, nous avons alterné piscine et plage sur plusieurs jours (matin/après-midi),nous avons toujours trouvé de la place facilement car ce n'est pas bondé de monde c'est super agréable en période estivale. Les échanges avec la propriétaire et la conciergerie ce sont très bien passés. Je le conseillerais et j'y reviendrais avec plaisir.

Très agréable

Résidence calme et agréable dans les hauteurs des Issambres, l’accès est sécurisé et le parking dans la résidence. La grande piscine est propre, jolie et surveillée, en revanche elle n’est pas à débordement comme le précise l’annonce mais cela n’enlève rien à la vue sur mer ! Aire de jeux : il s’agit juste d’un toboggan … L’appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Parfaitement équipé. La vue sur mer est vraiment très agréable. Deux salles de bain ! Le top lorsqu’on a des enfants. Je recommande vivement ! S’il y avait quelque chose à préciser, un seul badge d’accès pour le portail de la résidence et pour la piscine, peu pratique lorsqu’on est en famille.
