This three-bedroom plus loft, three-bathroom condo is only a short drive from Branson's famous entertainment options and is perfect for a large family or group of up to ten. Three bedrooms offer a king bed, and the cozy loft provides a queen. The master bedroom features access to the screened-in balcony and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The condo was wonderful. Plenty of room for us all. The kitchen wasn’t as clean as the rest of the condo…the silverware drawer was dirty. We had to wash dishes before we used them, etc. the pool was cloudy, dirty, and cold. Hot tub was nice!

We found the condo was a good fit for our group and the property having amenities was a plus (kids liked the indoor pool!) We found that the living room and especially the kitchen was well appointed with everything you could want or need to host a family or two for days. Everything was very clean we had enough linens and towels for our group of 7.However we did have some issues with communication with our hosts as well as a maintenence issue that was never resolved or even adressed after communicating the problem. We also found the front bedroom did not have proper airflow from the AC so it was extremely hot in there, too warm to sleep comfortably. It was 90 the days we were there and while the rest of the condo stayed nice and cool with the air on that front bedroom was just miserable. We found the location convenient to get to both restaurants on the main drag in Branson and a quick (and beautiful) drive to Silver Dollar City. If you were staying in the colder months the 4 seasons room with electric fireplace fearure would be a plus! Great view of the gold course from there.

The condo was well laid out and allowed all of us to have our own space while still having plenty of room to hang out together. The 3 bathrooms was awesome for a girls weekend! It smelled “musty” and could have used some odor eliminators, and would have liked to have had some games to play, but other than than, it was very good! Would stay again!

Great Value

The second floor condo (two flights of steps) was clean and well appointed with basic items. Nicely decorated with Christmas Tree. Short walk to Lake Taneycomo for fishing or exploring. Balcony, glassed in, overlooks golf course. Beds comfy. Good deal for price.

Unfortunately I was not able to stay in the unit I had reserved. The property management told me I was getting an upgrade and the pictures made the place look great but they were clearly old pictures. The place had layers of dust on the decorations and the light fixtures. If you didn’t wear shoes/slippers your feet or socks turned black(not an exaggeration). You had to walk up around the back side through the grass to get to the pool so we never went to the pool because it just was not welcoming. I will think twice before I will stay at Thousand Hills again.

Family getaway

There was plenty of room for the 8 family members. There were only 8 towels and maybe 3 wash clothes. It was a bit inconvenient but as we wash clothes on a daily basis it worked out ok. We had to contact them on the first day about the refrigerator not working. They brought an apartment size fridge which worked out fine. They comped us a meal for inconvenience which was appreciated.

It was very outdated and had a smell to the place. Also, was told there would be an amenities card in the room and there wasn’t. I called and emailed several times, the lastPerson I talked to on the phone said “we will bring one if we find one.” We never got a card therefore, weHad to wait in lines to get back into resort and could not use the pools, which is one of our main things we look for when booking a place.

It was a nice place and fit our needs nicely, with one caveat. The small pull out sofa in the loft could not be used - the mattress was very thin and uncomfortable such that no one would sleep on it. When you sat on it the mattress pushed thru the springs. I don't believe the kitchen floor had been mopped but everything else was clean. Ice maker did not work properly. It is in a very nice, clean, well taken care of neighborhood. Would recommend.

Cheer comp stay

We booked for a weekend cheer comp during spring break. Had a family with adults and kids. We had plenty of room, plenty of bedrooms. Wish there was a grill on the property. The house was clean. The back screened in porch smelt strong of cigarettes. I have 2 sons allergic to cigarette smoke, so that wasn’t good for us. We opened the windows and aired it out the entire time and did get better. The water gets really hot which was GREAT! The place was very outdated. The room by the entrance when it stormed the people sleeping in there got wet. The house was hot. We all woke up sweating in the night. We went to the community pool and it’s a small indoor pool so we didn’t get to swim or go to the hot tub from being so full. All in all it was nice. Would stay again.

Great place for our families annual Christmas trip to Branson

We loved this property. We had plenty of space and everything we needed to relax and enjoy some down time after all day out in Branson. The owners were helpful and friendly. Our kids loved the outdoor hot tub and indoor pool! We were very pleased with the whole experience of our stay.
