This 4000 sq ft. 6 bedroom 6 1/2 bath home, is suitable for a large family or a small crowd. With a comfortable living room and a large enclosed sun porch there is plenty of room for everyone. A large, well equipped kitchen and four fireplaces give this property a homey feel. Located waterfront in the fishing community of Souris Pei it is nearby to many scenic beaches, Tuna and other deep sea fishing charters, whale watching charters, world class golf courses and Gourmet Restaurants. The confederation trail bicycle path entrance is within 100 ft of the property.And the isle-de-la- madeline ferry dock is 200 yards east of this home. Weather you're a fisher a golfer a Cyclist or simply want a relaxing beach vacation, this property is ideal.Available for three day, weekly or monthly rental. You can also choose get aboard the Isle-de-la-madeline ferry for a vacation within a vacation. In July the Rollo Bay Fiddle Festival is held a short drive from town and draws musicians from all over the world.Souris makes a fine location for your PEI vacation ,it is close to many wonderful beaches and restaurants yet away from the overly touristy areas of PEI.
