Welcome to Our beautiful Florida Home. Our home away from home! We take great pride in our home.
The house is beautiful and light decorated, with Parkette flooring through out the house. You will enjoy especially the pool area, with nice outdoor dining table, grill and lawn chairs ready for you to relax, with a view of the beautiful community lake.
Most awesome Beaches only minutes away (check the map) You ll have a fabulous time.

A pleasant stay

Our family stayed for one week. The property manager, Rachel, was sweet, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with necessities. The swimming pool was cared for very well as well as the surrounding yard. The house was very quiet inside. We will definitely consider coming back in the near future! Thank you for such a pleasant stay!

Excellent property. Like living in my own home. Everything so well decorated, clean, well stocked!

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Bonita Springs. Nothing negative about our stay or the property. Would love to stay again but our dates aren’t available at this property. Best ever!!! Thank you so much. You have a wonderful home!

Wonderful home away from home

Check in was easy and we were notified a few days ahead of time of the procedure so we could make plans. The house was immaculate, well furnished and just what the pictures and description said. For us the location was perfect. Easy to get to places but away from the crowded areas. We would gladly go there again

Great Stay !

We were very impressed with the property and the cleanliness of the home. Walking in was exactly how the pictures look and no dirt anywhere. After having a bad experience a year ago at another property we were very pleased to see the place was well kept and the pool was in great condition! The house was well stocked with everything in the kitchen and beach chairs and coolers for the beach. We really enjoyed our stay at this property and the property manager was great at any questions we had ! We would rent this property or others from Micheal .

Sparking clean and well equipped!

The house is simply fantastic, very well kept and with everything you need. The pool is nice, Michael and Rachel are great hosts and made sure we felt very comfortable. Rachel was absolutely wonderful. Answered any and all questions within minutes. We would definitively recommend this fantastic location.

The house and the community are ok but distance from the beach is incorrect.

Our first impression was great but our experience frustrating. The first time my wife and I set on the couch together the coffees table was in the way of the recliner. I tried to move it out of the way and the leg fell off. The top table crashed into the lower and glass went everywhere. I spent the next hour cleaning up glass and attaching the leg. That was not a great way to start vacation. We attempted to use the grill but it had several issues. We were told there would be a cleaning fee for its use but it is obviously beyond safe. Our frustration was paying a premium for a house close to the beach with nice amenities that would be safe. Ultimately finding the beach at best 20 minutes away just added to the frustration. This home is nice and worthy of a good price but not a premium in comparison to the many other opportunities in the same area. I suggest a more honest assessment. I will not recommend or return to this property.

Wonderful gem!

This is the best experience we've had with any rental accomodation in Florida. The bungalow is amazing, the pool is lively, and literally everything you can think of is there, from bicycles, beach accessories, kitchen utensils etc. taken to the umpteenth level, seriously we couldn't think of anything we didn't have. Location is convenient to anywhere in the Ft Nyers/ Naples attractions. We'd go there again in a heartbet, probably will.

Clean and Comfortable

Rachel communicated very well before, during and after our stay. The house was very clean when we arrived. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only 2 issues I will mention for the sake of future renters has to do with the TV and pool. If you are a TV watcher be warned the cable package is only basic. Just local channels and a few others. No sports, HGTV etc. The pool is very nice and was clean but the heating system is not good. When we got there on 12/19/20 the pool temp was 74, too cold to swim. We used the solar heating system and the pool cover, the best we could do during our 2 week stay was 80deg water temp. And that was only after 2 days of actual 80deg weather. Having a pool at the house was nice just didn't use it much because of the temp. Everything else was fine.
