Family fun

Location right on the slopes was amazing. Owner was very responsive and helpful . The few issues I had were addressed very promptly. The house could have been a little cleaner(multiple cobwebs on ceilings)but overall ok. The house was comfortable for our family to enjoy and learn to ski.

Fantastic stay!

It was a very well-kept location with a great setting. Tons of room with a great entertaining area on the back porch. It was very clean and the instructions from the owner was clear and easy to understand. We had an excellent experience!

Cousin Reunion

This property was perfect for our cousin reunion. It was in a great location to be able to visit relatives in the area and was a great size. Our host was super responsive to any questions I had. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Reunion family trip

It was perfect for our family. We had 14 people. 6 adults and 8 kids. Our first big family trip. The house was perfect us. As it had things for the kids to do and an area for all to hang out. The kitchen was well equipped and we made the best of it having family meals together. Would recommend it for anyone who needs to be near Camp Creek State Park. It was a close drive. Thanks to our host and allowing us to stay at this property.

Excellent Weekend Get Away With Friends

Excellent property for our group of ten friends with extra beds that would accommodate even more people. Loved having a complete kitchen in the main living area and smaller kitchen on bottom floor. Was able to cook a turkey in one oven and sides in the other one. Lots of area for everyone to gather. Would definitely rent the property again.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great stay. The place was perfect for our large family. There was plenty of oven space and pots/pans available for us to make several Thanksgiving side dishes. We grilled steaks one night on the grill and that worked great. There was no snow in November, but we saw several deer eating the grass out front. Weathered Ground Brewery was nice. Also had a nice hike at Grandview State Park.

Awesome Cabin!

We had THE BEST time at Ski Right Inn! It’s perfectly situated on the slopes and super easy to drive to. The bedrooms accommodated our group well and we could have had several others stay, as well. The kitchen was well stocked and the lower kitchen with the additional fridge, stove, and coffee pot were great!! The pool table was fun too! Cabin was clean and everything was in working order. Everyone agreed we definitely need to book to come back next season. Thanks for providing a great cabin.

Ski Right Inn was all that it said!

My very large family of 17 stayed at Ski Right Inn during our Christmas vacation. The pictures told the story of the house perfectly, no surprises at all. Plenty of parking. It was great for our family to enjoy the convenience of skiing in and out. Great bedroom set up for our large family. We did encounter some weather issues (nothing our host could control) but communication was prompt and gave all the information we needed to enjoy our stay. Hope we can come back.

Nice house for family gatherings

Property was accurately listed. Although, on second night had 14 hungry people to feed and really needed the grill, when we went to use it , it was dirty with two empty propane tanks . When I texted the property manger there was no reply but it was a holiday weekend and I didn’t feel it was a huge crisis that warranted immediate action. Unfortunately we had to eat elsewhere which isn’t really convenient in that part of town. Other than that the house was a good place for large family to gather. I imagine in the winter with skiing it would be delightful.

Great space for our party

Ski Right Inn was a great spot for our extended family get together. There were more than enough beds for our party of ten. The upstairs kitchen, though small, was well equipped and had nearly everything we needed (we could have used a cheese grater). It was also handy to have the small kitchen downstairs. The teens loved the pool table, and the upstairs couches were very comfortable. The location was easy to access and about a 45 minute drive from the activities we had planned: Gauley River run and Timber Trek. While the place isn't in "brand new" condition, everything was clean and functioned properly. We really appreciated the portable fans in each room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows. There is a Dollar General about 5 minutes away where you can pick up basic supplies. All in all a great place to stay and a fabulous trip!

Enough space and quiet, but, needs work

Upstairs level was hot. Middle level comfortable. Downstairs was way too cold-- all with thermostat at 75. Info given to us said to leave grill clean. It was dirty when we got there. No propane in tank (quickly replaced per request). One burner didn't work. We bought grill-cleaning equipement to use before we left Nothing furnished. No ceiling lamp in basement bedroom, and the one lamp in the room wasn't functioning. The carpeting in the den extends to the eating area-- it could have used a good cleaning. The house was quiet (no neighbors at that time of year) and plenty large for our family of 10. It just seemed in need of some hard-core cleaning and updating.

Wonderful ski in, ski out property

This house is very spacious, and allows everyone to enjoy each others' company, but also have privacy when desired. The kids loved sleeping on the upper bunks, and everyone thought the house was comfortable. We hosted our kids and grandkids for a long weekend, and everyone agreed we would like to visit Ski Right Inn again next year. It's not fancy, but it's just right for relaxing and enjoying yourself!

Skiing Trip
