This is beautiful property close to Saquaro NP.
The home was impeccably clean and very well supplied. We lacked for nothing. We so enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone.
Absolutely gorgeous casita in very private, quiet location with easy access to anywhere you'd want to go around Tucson...Phyllis is the most pleasant engaging host, more than hospitable and genuinely cares about the quality of your stay. Been vacationing in Tucson for many moons and won't stay anywhere else from here on out...highly recommend this property!

It was lovely having you stay . I’m very happy that you enjoyed yourselves. It was all my pleasure. Thanks Phyllis.
Great location, great layout, nicely furnished and well stocked, fantastic owner. We loved being so close to Saguaro East as well as being able to easily access Sabino Canyon, Catalina State Park, and Mount Lemmon. Found a nice Saturday farmer’s market that offered fresh bread and multiple food offerings for lunch. Very enjoyable to watch the birds and the sunsets from the huge shaded patio. Phyllis is a wonderful hostess - easily accessible. Couldn’t have asked for a better winter!

Thankyou to both of you. I really was glad you picked my place and that you enjoyed it so much
An exceptional property near Saguaro National Park
This truly was our best VRBO property yet! The property's elevation allows guests to see the sunrise and experience the beautiful sunsets and city lights in the valley. The home's decor is southwestern and very comfortable while the kitchen includes most supplies for preparing meals. In addition, the patio is well furnished allowing us to fullly appreciate the outdoors for morning coffee or afternoon reading and relaxing....and enjoy all the birds visiting the feeders on the property. We loved the private setting which is also near hiking at Saguaro National Park. Thanks to Phyllis for beign a wonderful host.

I’m so glad the two of you enjoyed your stay . Thankyou for choosing my Casita.
We really enjoyed our stay. The location is excellent for just walking out the door and going on a hike. Although the house is out in the desert on several acres of property, it is close to grocery stores and some good restaurants with outdoor patios. The house is spacious for a couple, is well equipped, has a comfortable bed, and a nice outdoor sitting area to watch bids and the sun set over Tucson. Phyllis was a very attentive host, ensuring we had everything we needed. Next time we come to Tucson we would definitely rent again.
Be careful using Google maps though, it tries to take you around the back way and you don’t actually get there. Apple maps works better.
New property, well furnished & decorated with all amenities most could want/need including laundry, garage and a well equipped large kitchen.Plenty of space inside , the patio area outside is large & well shaded with excellent views especially to the SW . The front yard also has a sitting area with views of the Catalina mountains to the north. Everything worked well, super clean home. Location was perfect for access to Saguaro monument east, Sabino Canyon recreation area & local shopping including a newer Walmart just minutes away. The owner is very helpful & conscientious with suggestions for local things to see ,good places to eat & checking to see if there was anything we needed. We plan to stay here again. Thank-you Phyllis!
This is without a doubt the cleanest, most well equipped house we’ve ever rented (and we rent a lot!). Phyllis is the most considerate and thoughtful host, making sure we had everything we needed - down to the birdseed to make sure the flock of morning visitors got their breakfast. The house is cozy and comfortable. I did yoga on the patio every morning (accompanied by the birds) and we watched the sunset with a glass of wine each evening. The location is right near the entrance to the east saguaro park. It’s a bit of a drive to the west side but you have to be in one location or another, and the quiet, space and views from this house made us glad to come “home” each evening. Five stars plus!

Privacy and beautiful casita great yard for dogs and patios to enjoy your breskfast.
Phyllis is a super hostess. She makes your stay very pleasant. The Casita is beautiful with all the furnishings. It’s by far one of the nicest VRBO that we have stayed at. Coming to Tucson? We highly recommend this vacation property.
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home. It was perfect in every way - spacious, comfortable, light-filled, and incredibly clean. Coming home from hikes to this beautiful, relaxing house was the perfect end to each day. We spent relaxed evenings on the huge wrap-around patio watching the sun set over the desert and enjoying the birds -- quail, night hawks, hummingbirds, goldfinches, cardinals, thrashers, pyrrhuloxia and more! Phyllis has thought of every detail needed to make this a comfortable, welcoming vacation home. The high quality furniture, lovely decor and spacious layout made it an incredibly relaxing place to spend our time. The location is convenient to a range of desert and mountain hiking, birding and sightseeing. We look forward to returning, and are recommending this lovely home to all our friends!
We couldn’t have loved the house more: spacious, rustic chic, uncluttered, impeccably clean, and with everything you need. The host was responsive to our every need and fulfilled our request for fragrance-free products (very important to us). The property is away from the bustle yet close to parks, trails and supermarkets. Perfect.

I am very happy that your expectations were met and the casita and it’s location helped make your stay just what you wanted. You guys were great. Hope to see you again. Phyllis
We couldn't have picked a nicer place to stay for a month.
The large kitchen and dinning area were exceptionally functional.
Outstanding sunsets lit up the whole patio & inside of this unit with panoramic Tucson city lights to enjoy afterward. We enjoyed our one month stay so much in this beautiful home
with it's comfortable & cozy furniture & fantastic bedroom &
large, completely tiled shower area. We saw many birds and
loved the peaceful quiet that surrounds this fantastic rental.
It was very difficult to leave & will always be our favorite VRBO.
The host, Phyllis, was exceptional in providing anything we needed and was very caring and attentive to us as renters.
Our family enjoyed the large fenced yard area to play Frisbee,
and have foot races plus we all enjoyed the lovely patio area.
