Welcome to our Finca Estrella. Estrella is the star and why our country house has this name, you will know the latest when you sit in the evening with a bottle of red wine on your patio and direct your gaze skyward. Our beautiful, quiet and well-kept Finca is located on approximately 10 000 m² of land, which is fenced in, so you can 'run' here sometimes his children. It is adjacent to a nature reserve. If you are on your own pool, you look directly over the pool out to the countryside towards the mountains.
The farm is located in a small, quiet, private road (dead end), in the very rare "lost" a car. You can not hear any road noise. In the neighborhood there are only a few other villas, so it is always very quiet and you will be disturbed by anything.
The spacious house has a large living room with a cozy seating area. The living room has a fireplace with cassette is used, so that you can make yourself comfortable here even if it is outside something colder. Furthermore, a large dining area with seating for 8 people and the kitchen is in the living room. The kitchen is separated by a 4m long kitchen counter from the living area.
The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms, each with a large double bed and air conditioning. The master bedroom has a bath en suite and a flat screen. The bathroom (16m²) of the master bedroom has a shower and a large corner bath.
The second bathroom has a walk-in shower, so it is also suitable for wheelchair users. The entire Finca is barrier-free, so that it is suitable for wheelchairs. In addition, the house is equipped with an oil central heating.
On your 3 covered terraces you can from morning to night to enjoy the sun. If you also want one shadow, you will find this on the front porch from which you have a beautiful view over the pool and the nature reserve in the mountains. On the veranda there are 2 large tables with seating for 12 people, so you sometimes invite a few guests and your food can be enjoyed here.
We have a large barbecue in the outdoor area, you and your guests can take to their hearts content.
And in the morning you can choose to have breakfast in the sun or if you prefer to move further 2 meters in the shade.
Just steps from your front porch away your beautiful pool. Here you can lie on the loungers and enjoy the total peace. The pool is 9 meters long and 5 meters wide. The pool is also illuminated, so you can use it at night without danger. The pool area is not visible from the outside, so that you are completely undisturbed.
Since the owners several times staying in at the finca, it is equipped, as you would expect from home. We do not want that you are lacking in the holiday on anything.

An internet connection via free Wi-Fi is available, so you do not have to do without your emails or on Facebook. You can surf the Internet, of course, easy.

There is a satellite system for the German, English, Spanish, French, etc. TV and radio reception.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc. Crockery and cutlery, etc. are sufficiently available.
You will find the washing machine and dryer in your laundry room.
Their breakfast sandwiches are available at the Cala Mandia only 1.5 km away. Here are also about 15 restaurants. The nearest restaurant is only 500m away.
The beach of Cala Mandia is just 1.5 km away. He falls off very slowly into the water and is therefore very suitable for smaller children. Our daughter is now nine years old, and we had and will always have a good and safe feeling when you play on the beach.
The Cala Mandia is the middle of three bays. The other two bays, the Cala Anguila and Cala Romantica. The Cala Anguila is also 1.5 km away, the Cala Romantica is approximately 2 km away. The entire area is called Porto Cristo Novo. It is a resort area that is primarily characterized by the fact that there are only three hotels and otherwise only apartments and holiday homes. It may be built only two storeys in this area, so that no high-rise buildings spoil the appearance. In addition, you have here not the hustle and bustle that one has in the resorts with the big hotels.

2 km away from their country house is the small sleepy harbor town of Porto Cristo. Here you can feel free to walk the harbor, parade through the shops or enjoy a drink a coffee on the beach.

In the port you can watch the fishermen as they unload the day's catch and if you like, you can buy his fish for dinner freshly caught and put your home on the grill.

You can also take a glass-bottom boats that leave from Cala Ratjada over Cala Millor, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo, Cala Murada, Portocolom and Cala d'Or to Cala Figuera, take a trip.

Moreover, there are several large supermarkets for some major shopping in Porto Cristo and Cala Millor.

Porto Cristo you can by car, by bus or with the small tourist train that haunts in the summer months between Porto Christo and Porto Christo Novo reach. But you can also walk on foot, as there are only about 2 km.

In Porto Cristo there are the only tourist attractions in Mallorca, which is open all year round: the Caves of Drach. This is an extensive tunnel system, which you can visit. Just 1.5 km from the finca is a German doctor and a pharmacy. The nearest hospital is located about 2.5 km away in Porto Cristo. And 15 km away is the second largest hospital in Manacor in Mallorca that it can hold in Germany with so many hospital.

You reach the Finca after about 45 minutes drive from the airport. Up to Palma is approximately a 50 minute drive away. Since the highway to Manacor is expanded and also lead the last 12 km along a well-maintained highway, the ride does not cause problems.

In 1 km from the Finca there is a bus stop of public transport. The bus network in Majorca is very well developed. You can reach almost every town in Mallorca by bus.

the use of bed linen and towels, as well as the consumption of gas, water, oil and electricity are included in the rent.
Please bring your beach and pool towels with you. These are not provided by us.

Should you require a cot and / or high chair, please let us know when booking. We will then provide these free of charge. If you want your kids beach and pool toys, you let us know about a week before your trip. We will then provide you with free of charge.
After your departure there will be a final cleaning of the Finca, and the sheets and towels. This cleaning fee Euro 180.- and will be settled upon arrival in cash on site. There is no possibility to carry out this cleaning itself in order to save the money or would you like to move into a country house that has been cleaned at the last minute by someone who is left? Here trouble was inevitable and we do not want. We have a super standard of cleanliness, which is also confirmed in all reviews and the want and we will maintain.

When handing over the keys upon arrival you pay a deposit of Euro 200.-. The deposit will be refunded upon proper return of the house near their departure back.
