Aschau: Child friendly, cosy timber house "Katharina". 2.2 km from the centre of Aschau, outside the resort, 2.7 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 3.7 km from the lake, 2.5 km from the skiing area. For shared use: terrace. In the house: WiFi, central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop "Kaltenbach-Stumm Bahnhof" 2.7 km, railway station "Angererbach-Ahrnbach" 550 m, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, bathing lake 3.7 km. Gondola lift 2.5 km, skisport facilities 2.5 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 600 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hochfügen-Hochzillertal 2.5 km, Zillertal Arena Zell 6 km, Mayrhofen 15 km. Discovered thermal baths in 9km. This nice holiday home located in height has a magnificent view of the surroundings while lying 500m from the valley floor. In case of snowfall, it is necessary to put the chains. All facilities are easily accessible. Private use garages in the basement.
3-room house 60 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: entrance hall. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (150 cm, length 220 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. 1 small room with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook, radio and wood-burning stove. Shower/WC. Balcony, large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Marvellous panoramic view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm.

Süße Hütte mit traumhaftem Blick

Das Häuschen hat alles, was man braucht. Eine recht gut ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler, Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Couch (auch zu viert hatten wir Platz) und Smart-TV, neues Bad. Kinderzimmer mit Etagenbett hat für uns gut funktioniert (lediglich Leselampen an den Betten wären schön). Das große Bett im Schlafzimmer war bequem. Die Lage am Hang bietet einen tollen Blick ins Tal ist aber trotzdem noch so kurz, dass er gut bewältigt werden kann. Skigebiete gut mit Auto erreichbar.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von zahlreichen Ausflugszielen, dennoch aber in ruhiger Lage.

Een net en goed vakantiehuis, zelf zou ik naast de bank bij de lamp een tafeltje zetten voor een glaasje of hapje. En in de keuken een theedoek en keukenhanddoek.

War alles in Ordnung. Wünschenswert wäre eine kleine Infomappe mit Anleitung für TV, Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine u.ä. Auch Wanderkarte und Ausflugstipps, die es bei der Touristinfo ja kostenlos gibt, wären schön. Aber das sind nur Kleinigkeiten.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

K. war super nett und hilfsbereit.  Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe und recht modern eingerichtet. Das Bad ist gerade komplett neu gemacht worden. Ideal für eine Familie mit bis zu 2 Kindern, aber auch Paare fühlen sich wohl.  Die Zillertalbahn bietet nur 10 Minuten vom Haus entfernt gute Verbindungen.  Und dann noch die Umgebung und der Bergblick... einfach toll.

Huisje was schoon alleen de matrassen waren aan vervanging toe deze zijn doorgelegen en het is een beetje gedateerd. Verder was het goed en de verhuurders waren vriendelijk.
