This 40m² apartment is located in "the Golf and Beach residence" which faces the Atlantic Ocean and the "Noëveillard Beach". It has a master bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) and a bathroom (separate toilet) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.

The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen overlooking a TV lounge with Wi-Fi connection and provides access to the enclosed garden. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. At your disposal are a hairdryer, a washing machine, a plancha and outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers).

For maximum comfort, a secure parking space completes the rental.
