This 40m² apartment is located in "the Golf and Beach residence" which faces the Atlantic Ocean and the "Noëveillard Beach". It has a master bedroom with king-size bed (180x200) and a shower room (separate toilet) and a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 3 people.

The living area consists of an open-plan kitchen overlooking a TV lounge with Wi-Fi connection and gives access to the enclosed garden. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances so you feel at home: induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso Vertuo capsule coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and kitchen utensils. At your disposal are a hairdryer, washing machine, fan, plancha and outdoor furniture (table, chairs and sun loungers).

For maximum comfort, a secure parking space completes the rental.

Depending on the booking platform, a deposit of €800, in the form of a pre-authorisation on your credit card, will be requested at the time of final payment. This amount will not be debited and will be automatically cancelled after your stay, provided there is no damage.



The accommodation does not have a socket specifically designed for charging electric vehicles. For safety reasons, please do not use domestic sockets and use a dedicated charging point instead.
