The house consists of:
Ground floor:
- a 77 m² living area with a fully equipped open kitchen opening onto the dining room
- living room with large TV, Netflix, and Wi-Fi.
- 1 double bedroom with a shower room and toilet
- 1 double bedroom with a shower room
- an office, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer
- a bathroom

Upstairs:
- a children’s bedroom (1 single bed) with its own shower room
- a children’s bedroom (1 bunk bed, sleeps 2)
- a game room with a sofa bed
- a bathroom
- a toilet

Outside:
7x4m secure pool with a lockable access gate, outdoor shower, 37 m² pool house with a bar, a living area, a dining area, and a summer kitchen (pizza oven, oven, plancha, refrigerator). Outdoor bathroom. 12-meter pétanque court.

Pets are not allowed, as we have two cats (one of whom is very affectionate) who live in the house and will be staying here during your visit. I’m counting on you to fill their bowls with water and kibble :)

The house has underfloor air conditioning to keep it cool all summer long.
Parking available for several cars.
Internet. Children’s toys available. Ping-pong table, swing, slide, trampoline.
Fully fenced property with an electric gate.
