Open -light & bright 1st floor open concept condo with 2/2 with large inviting living room design with coastal decor. Large sectional seating with separate recliner and a large 65 inch screen smart TV. There is also a small desk workstation with printer provided overlooking the beautiful lake if you need to work from home. Large dining room with table that can comfortably sear 6 to 8 and the kitchen has a small dinette and 2 bar seats-The kitchen is fully stocked with all minor appliances and has granite countertops, tile backsplash & new stainless steel appliances in the open concept kitchen. All living areas are open to the lanai with golf course and Lake scenery. Enjoy sitting on the patio anytime of the day and watch The golfers and enjoy the luxurious happenings of nature unfold. Two bedrooms two baths are at the front of the condo so you won’t be awoken by golf course maintenance in the morning. The guestroom is set up for two single beds which can be converted into a king if needed and has a large walk-in closet and it’s own bathroom. The Master bedroom has a King bed, private Bath with walk-in shower & has two walk in closets. The storage area is equipped with two beach chairs and umbrella as well as a female and male bike for rides around the mini trails in the community.
