Salt swimming pool of 7.5 m by 4 m with Californian beach, garden furniture, plancha, barbecue, petanque court with a magnificent unobstructed view! Our house is passive and ecological! In summer, it keeps its freshness by a natural process. We also have mobile air conditioning and fans if needed.<br>A pleasant living room of 60 m2 facing south with an open kitchen, a table football and a TV lounge area will provide you with moments of conviviality. High-end KEF hi-fi sound system.<br>The village is charming with its small square and its supermarket/café, a playground, a city and a brand new tennis court are freely accessible.<br>The house is located 8 minutes from Pézenas, 15/20 minutes from the beaches (Mèze, Agde, Sète ...) and the Salagou lake.<br>ATTENTION: the house has no fence on the road, no railings to the terraces, stair steps, no pool net but an electric roller shutter so it is not suitable for wheelchair users, visually impaired people, young children and pets.
