We came one day early because immediately after making the reservation, I've contacted the owner Stephane for the possibility of arriving one day early and he said "yes", with clearly mentioning the date. Surprisingly when we came there were three guys in the appartment and i couldn't reach the owner for almost half hour, then I got the message that the guys reserved until 1st August and even the official reservation from 31 July till the 11th August, so how possible only one studio had two reservations of 31 July and 1st August. The guys were very kind and said they would contact the owner to leave early, without them, I didn't know how the owner could solve this issue. And when the owner could reply me then just said sorry I didn't pay attention for what I asked but the day of 30 July I've sent several messages as well to inform our arriving time, so he is not at all responsible for charging his own property either from Abritel or other apps. Due to his late and un repsonable attitude, only from 20:30 we started to look for a place for the night of 30th July, I made two reservations, unfortunately one was wrong address and the other one told us had to reserve 24h then she cancel my reservation but we paid almost 400euros for the result of sleeping in the car, which means our vacantion was a terrible adventure. We came in 31/07, the corridors was dirty without light. Rome is very tiny, even we used our sheets, the day after three of us had bited by probably fleas. The bathroom had a big noise once the light was on, there was no isolation at all, I heard from 6am and in the evening until 11pm the moving noise from upstairs.
As my daughter again bited by the flea with even more than the beginning, I wrote to the owner that we had to leave one day early and he promised that will be refunded one day fee back, but nothing.
As I am an easy-going person, I never gave bad feedback to previous vacantion's accomandations.
But for this studio, I have to say that I extremely regretted to book.
For the issue of one day fee refund, I kindly ask that Abritel intevene my complain and give me a satisfactory solution.
