Bearfoot Chalet is a custom-built luxury cabin centrally located in Fox Farm. In the heart of Big Bear, it is just minutes from the ski slopes, restaurants, zoo, and the lake.

Newly constructed, custom built log cabin style home centrally located in Fox Farm. Three-bedroom, two bath open concept cabin with a gas fireplace, game room with ping pong, air hockey poker table and Firestick enabled projector with 120” screen, 400 Mpbs WiFi, Smart TVs, Bluetooth sound system, soaking tub, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more. The entire home has brand new furniture, including all new memory foam mattresses. Coffee, spices, hairdryer, towels, and complimentary toiletries are provided. We also have a variety of board games, card games and puzzles. Front and back decks with a gas barbecue, 8-person hot tub and a gas fire pit.
While air conditioning is absent, nature compensates with its own cooling system - the fresh mountain air.
* Max occupancy – 8 people, 8 Adults Maximum.
IMPORTANT: THIS HOUSE IT IS NOT PET FRIENDLY AND WE CANNOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS. OWNER IS ALLERGIC TO DOGS. FAILURE TO COMPLY MIGHT RESULT IN FINES UP TO $1000 OR MORE FOR DEEP CLEANING.

Max of 3 cars on-site. (Does have garage access)

* Check-In: Remote check in after identity verification.
* Parking: Follow city-enforced parking limits. If you need more space, let us know.
* Occupancy: Adhere to the maximum occupancy limits enforced by us and the city. No exceptions.
* Noise: Be respectful to neighbors. Keep music inside and at a low volume. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We have monitoring system in place that reads decibels of noise and notifies you directly and us of loud noises.
* A/C: Most homes do not have air conditioning. Nights are cooler with open windows.
* Ants: Clean up after meals to avoid attracting ants. We use traps and sprays, but cleanliness is key.
* Age Requirement: You must be at least 24 years old to book. We do not allow parties. This rule is strictly enforced.
*All cooking has to be done with what the house provides and the BBQ on site. It is not allowed to bring anything with charcoal, gas, propane or anything of the sort. Just what the home already has. Thank you!

Checking In:
* IDs are required at check-in.
* You must be 24 years or older to book and check in.
* You'll need to sign a Rental Agreement with the Big Bear Good Neighbor Policy (5 minutes). The link with the rental agreement will be sent once the booking is confirmed. It needs to be completed and signed before checking-in. To confirm and maintain your reservation, our Rental Agreement must be completed within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete the agreement within this timeframe may result in cancellation without refund if the cancellation window has passed.
Please note:
Our standard cancellation policy applies from the moment the reservation is confirmed, not from when the rental agreement is completed. By booking, you agree to complete all required documentation within the given timeframe and to be bound by the cancellation terms.
