Stone fisherman's house in the port of Saint-Quay-Portrieux (22410) located 40m from the only south-east facing beach of Saint-Quay-Portrieux and protected from the wind. Furnished house certified 3 holiday keys.

Location: The marina and Countess beach are 250 meters away, the sailing school 400m away, two free parking lots 200 meters away – all along the GR34. The casino is 1.2km away, as is Moulin beach (fishing on foot: lots of cockles, but also clams, clams and underwater scallops). Note that the port beach welcomes the Ducklings Club (5-15 years old) in July and August.
In the streets adjacent to the house: cafes, restaurants, bookstore, art galleries, chocolatier, ice cream parlor, bakery, pastry shop, grocery store.
However, Rue Sainte-Anne is very quiet. So all the guests of this pleasant holiday home sleep very well there.

The House :
It was renovated in 2021. Its 100m² is divided into a ground floor and two floors with 3 bedrooms.

On the ground floor, large fitted kitchen (large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer-dryer, Delonghi coffee bean percolator, oil-free fryer, food processors, oven, etc.), farm table for 6 people (8 max ), long sofa for 6 people, video projector, fire TV with Canal+ (netflix, Apple TV, Paramount, Disney+… free access), speakers connected with Spotify.
Consumables (all organic): tea coffee sugar sauce mustard spices oil vinegar jam mayonnaise tablets dishwasher dishwashing liquid detergent etc. (each replaces one or two items depending on their consumption: a box of fine tea or good olive oil or a liter of detergent or...). The water in the sink is filtered by a triple natural filter as soon as the mixer is placed in the "cold water" position.

1st floor, two bedrooms (new excellent quality beds 160x200 and 180x200), bathroom with shower, toilet. The first bedroom has two windows with a small view of the port and a view into the Venelle des Icelandais; the other has two windows and faces rue Sainte-Anne.

2nd floor, large dormitory room (the main beam rises to 4 meters) with 4 new beds (90x200; in the photo, they are a pair of two bunk beds), large screen gaming TV with Canal+ and all the channels, games, table football , bathroom with shower, toilet. One side has a view of the port, the other rue Sainte-Anne.

Outside, enclosed 20m² courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue and fish-meat smokehouse; its front door opens onto the alleyway (of the Icelanders) which leads to the beach. You can keep your paddles, kayaks or boards in the courtyard.

It is a classic Breton fisherman's house which is nothing extraordinary but very pleasant and comfortable. Very close, well located, it allows you to rejoice in the weather, the well-being and the surrounding beauty.
