Beachfront 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo

We are excited to host you in our charming newly renovated 2BR/2BA 1st floor condo that sleeps 4 adults. Just a short walk through the dunes and you are on the beautiful Brigantine beach!!! First floor is an open floor plan and great for family to hang out. It hosts the living room with a Samsung 50" smart TV, queen sofa sleeper, full bathroom, table for 6 and beautiful kitchen with new appliances. The patio on the first floor is a great place to have coffee in the morning or even a cocktail at night. This patio walks out to the pool and beach. The 2nd floor hosts the master bedroom with a Queen size bed, smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the pool and dunes. Relax here with a glass of wine at night and listen to the sounds of the ocean. The 2nd bedroom also has a queen size bed and smart TV (must use your own accounts). On this floor there is a full bathroom and washer and dryer. We provide pillows/comforters and kitchen towels. You MUST bring your own linens.
Two parking spots provided. One designated the second requires parking pass. 4 pool passes provided.. ** If you lose a pass there is a $250.00 charge to replace.
4 beach tags provided. *** If you lose a beach tag there is a $25 charge to replace.

Vacation is about convenience and we have it all!!
Close to Atlantic City casinos makes this a prime vacation getaway. Walking distance to many restaurants, deli's, Jersey Cow for ice cream, Acme and much more. Tennis/pickleball courts are 1 block away and miniature golf just 3 blocks down the road.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at Jeanne's perfect condo on the beach. The unit was clean, well-equipped and very well located just off of Brigantine's beach. Our host was very responsive and made this an easy, enjoyable stay.

Yearly Brigantine Vacation

The condo was in a great location! Less than 5 minutes to stores, restaurants and the beach. We have a 4x4 and drive on the beach.

Great stay.

Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The condo was just what we needed, my kids loved the pool so much. Just a short walk to the beach which was nice. The owner made everything very smooth and seemless. Will definitely stay here again if we go back to brigantine!

Wonderful time in Brigantine!

My family (husband and 2 kids under 5) had the best time here! Having the pool and beach as options was great and as a self-proclaimed neat freak, the place could not have been cleaner. It was absolutely perfect for our family. We hope to rent again in the future!

Great experience in Brigantine

We had a wonderful stay. Our family consisted of 2 adults and 2 kids (7 months old, 6 years old). The condo was clean and well organized. Having a pool was a huge plus. The beach is very big so it was a bit of a walk but not too bad. Check in process was very straightforward. We will stay here again if we come back to Brigantine!

What a lovely beach condo!

I loved everything about this place! Beautiful accommodations! Nice amenities with the pool and nice frig with ice machine! Beautiful property! Ideal location! We enjoyed every moment of our trip! They also had available a washer and dryer and washing pods were there. The dishwasher was included as well as dishwasher pods. It was absolutely ideal! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!

Brigantine vacation

The pictures do not do this place justice. It is quite cute. A great location, nice pool, clean, has everything one needs. Being able to pull up to the door to unpack is a plus. One may not be able to see the ocean over the brush of the dunes but you feel the breeze if the ocean. Should have booked two weeks. 😊

I stayed for the week with my 11 year old twin boys and no one wanted to leave…with the pool right out the door and the beach a short walk away, we really felt like we were “on vacation”. The boys already asked if we can go again next summer and stay longer. Great spot.

Great place

The condo is first floor great because patio doors open up to pool access. Pool doesn't open till 11 though. Nice size condo, two story. Had everything needed in kitchen except only one frying pan. Bring all your linens and towels. This was first time in Brigantine, it is quiet, safe, mostly everything walking distance. You can't see the beach from condo and you have to walk through the dunes behind the pool to get to beach, but the beach was very wide also, but very beautiful, clean and not packed at all. The second time we parked on the street at 17th street and walked across the street to the beach which was much better and easier access. Don't forget your beach tags!

Brigantine NJ June 2021

The unit we stayed in was very nice. It had all new appliances and was very clean. Brigantine Beach is a great spot. It is close to Atlantic City but is not very crowded and very quiet. I would recommend it for families. The only downside to our trip was that the first code we were given to access the unit did not work. However the owner was able to five us a new code relatively quickly.
