Perfect Oceanfront Stay

I was so pleased with this unit. Everything felt homey and clean. It is a 3rd floor unit, and I'll say the stairs are worth the comfort inside and view. When I visit Surfside again, it would be a pleasure to stay here again. Smaller community, cute pool, excellent beach. Just the extra little things that make the difference

Great View / Friendly Staff

We stayed in one of the Ocean View rooms. Very nice room, a little smaller than I thought it would be, but still comfortable for a family of four. Did have some plumbing issues, but I think they were having problems, nothing major just slow drains. The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool areas were nice, but the chlorine was very strong with the indoor pools. The kids still had a great time playing in them (still a little too cold for outdoor) Great value, we did enjoy our stay. Even though they are no smoking rooms there was still a strong cigarette smell, but that is hard to control (some guest are just rude)

We love the pools

We have been staying at Sea Crest for years, my family love the pools. The children’s water park is great. The only complaint about the rooms I have, is that the rooms need an updating badly. we have been staying every year for over 10 years and the furniture, carpet, and decor is still the same from 10 years ago.

Very clean, lots to do, and great experience.

My family and I were looking for a place to stay to get out of a busier part of the state. We had a great time and felt like we were in our own little paradise. The room was clean, we were surprised because there were extras, and the pools were great. The indoor pools smelled a little stronger, but the outdoor pools felt wonderful

Our stay

The hotel room was fine. It was extremely crowded around the pool areas. A bit loud and our first day we witnessed a verbal fight at the pool between parents and luckily did not turn into a physical fight. It was a bit ghetto. The fire works being set off at 2 & 3 am both nights was extremely annoying. We also never found all the pools the hotel says they have. It was just the two of us and only for 2 nights. If we were staying any longer and with our kids, we would definitely not stay here.

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE . Also, we paid a lot of money for a room

It was our 3 time we visited this hotel and we did not have a good time. Really our last stay at SEA CREST RESORT was not good at all, its structure is neglected, it needs remodeling. The worst was the housekeeping, they never changed ours sheet, towels, toilet paper, IF YOU NEED SOMETHING OF THESE YOU MUST GO TO FIND OR HUNT THE MAINTENANCE STAFF TO GET IT!!!!! We have to go out to look for toilet paper in the private stations that are on each floor, THEY NEVER TRIED TO ASK IF WE NEEDED ANYTHING IN THE ROOM, they did it the night before our departure. In addition, there are 3 elevators but none for luggage service, we were more than 38 minutes waiting to go up to the room, but the worst was the last day we left the resort. SEA CREST THERE IS A LOT TO CORRECT IF YOU READ THIS REVIEW YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU SHOULD DO TO MAKE YOUR GUESTS HAVE A GREAT TIME . We are very disappointed. SO, WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESORT

The hotel room itself (11th floor, ocean view) was perfect for my family! The bathroom was a bit small and tight for four people. Bring your own pillow! The pillows are awful!

Perfect location with easy access to ocean and amazing views!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Crest! It was such a relaxing experience and the beach wasn’t crowded at all, it was a perfect “private” get away type with access to all sorts of stuff around the town just minutes away!! Would recommend!
