Chalet Le Cerf-Volant

Chalet located in a famous seaside resort of the Côte de Nacre.
In a dead end, 400 meters (5 minutes walk) from the beach, we propose you to stay in a wooden chalet of 40m2 (construction 2020) including:

- a living space (kitchen + living room) of 24m2 (with 2 beds);
- a 10m2 bedroom with a double bed;
- a bathroom of 6m2.

The chalet is fully equipped (storage, crockery, TV, internet, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher). Ideal for a stay for 2 adults or for a family with 2 children.
Supply of linen (sheets and towels)
Animal allowed (1 only) specify this when you book


Outside, you can enjoy the 6m2 wooden terrace and a 110m2 garden (and parking space).

All facing southwest sheltered from the wind.

Most comfortable and incredibly cute cottage ideally located to explore Normandy beaches.

We loved our stay in this incredibly cute, easily accessible cottage. Anne and Julien are such warm and kind hosts. The cottage is equipped with top of the line appliances and everything you need to enhance your stay! The yard and it's beautiful flowers is a joy that surrounds you as you sit out and read on the deck. Its location is ideally centered for day trips throughout the region! We hope the cottage will be available for our trip!

St Aubin Sur Mer Gem

This chalet is amazing, great location for the DDay beaches. The village has everything you need, the Artisan Bakery and Butchers are fabulous. Massive beaches up and down the coast and beautiful villages in land. Anne and Julien are excellent hosts and this shows inthe standard of the accommodation. A lovely chalet with everything you could need for the stay, even 3 bicycles to explore the surrounding area. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Idéal pour une ou deux personnes. Tout est parfait dans cette location dès l’instant où l’on se contente d’utiliser le chambre avec son lit de deux personnes pour le couchage. J’ai donné 5 étoiles dans ce contexte. Je doute en revanche que l’on puisse bénéficier de cette impression favorable si on doit utiliser les couchages du séjour consistant en deux matelas insérés dans des encadrements en bois disposés en angle. A la limite je verrais des enfants dans ces couchages supplémentaires.

Toutefois, pour votre information, les lits 1 personne dans le séjour sont de véritables lits pour adultes et sur lesquels nous n’avons d’ailleurs jamais eu de retour négatif. Alors nous trouvons dommage d’émettre un commentaire (qui est lu par tous et pouvant donc porter préjudice) sur un équipement que vous n’avez pas vous-même testé.

Hébergement totalement conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaires disponibles si besoin mais discrets. Nous avions besoin de repos et nous l'avons trouvé. Nous avons pu pratiquer notre sport préféré, la course à pied, à toute heure de la journée vu la météo assez mitigée.

Wunderbar!

Wir haben unseren Herbsturlaub zu zweit mit Hund in diesem hübschen Chalet verbracht. Der Kontakt vor Ort verlief reibungslos. Es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Das Häuschen ist sehr gemütlich und wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Auto steht mit auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück. Auch unser Hund hat sich über den kleinen Garten sehr gefreut. Der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und man kann tolle lange Spaziergänge machen und lecker Essen gehen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder :)

Toller Urlaub mit Hund

Wir durften einen sehr entspannten Urlaub im Chalet le cerf volant verbringen. Die Lage ist optimal, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuss an den Strand sowie ins Zentrum. Ebenfalls stehen Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Überhaupt ist das Chalet top eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts und wir fühlten uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl. Da es komplett eingezäunt ist, ist es auch für Hundehalter perfekt.

Petit chalet très bien aménagé, confortable. Il ne manque rien, des chaises longues, accessoires plage et vélo. À chacun son programme. De plus le terrain est bien clos, sans vis-à-vis, notre chien a bcp apprécié. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discrets. Adresse à retenir.

Toller Urlaub in einem schönen Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, alles sauber und gepflegt - es fehlt an nichts. Die Vermieter Anne und Julien sind sehr freundlich. Strand, Bäcker, Obstladen, Supermarkt ist alles in der Nähe. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub und kommen gerne nochmal wieder!
