This house is absolutely beautiful and the view is spectacular. We only stayed two nights and regret not booking a longer stay. The house is full of amenities and very cozy!

Home was large w/ beautiful view. Home was a bit dated. Stove had to be lit w/ a match (Dangerous). Secondary Sink had constant drip. Mice droppings, Dead flies in master bedroom. Floors were dirty, cabinets were stained and dirty.

This house was spectacular! The view of the lake could not have been any better. There was so much space for our 7 couple group-everyone was able to have a big bedroom and a private bathroom. The amenities were fantastic: indoor pool, hot tub, fire pit, pool table, etc. The owner was great with helping to make sure that things were in working order. This has been our favorite place so far in Deep Creek!

What a great property! Great view, plenty to do. We went in the off-season so there wasn't much open, but we still occupied ourselves the entire time, and gad a lot of fun!

Place was great . The kitchen was stocked with plenty of the necessary items. There were 18 of us and we needed nothing. Close to the slopes, hiking, restaurants, even and exercise facility.

Deepcreek vacation

The morning views each day were fantastic. Peregrines Perch was also great and fit our family perfect. Hiking trips and time on the lake with Pontoon Boats with tubing was wonderful.

Labor Day Weekend Stay

Our stay at Peregrines Perch was perfect. As someone who rents properties often this stay was one of if not the best. No deceiving pictures from the listing, the view was Absolutley incredible, plenty of room for all of our guests, and the communication with the property owners was second to none. I will be staying here again!

Fantastic vacation house!

What a great vacation house! The kitchen was well-supplied, linens were clear, and everything was in working order. We arrived a few minutes early and the owners were nice enough to activate the lock manually (they are very responsive). The pool + hot tub were a huge hit with the kids!

Spring break

We had a wonderful stay at the property. We were three families and everyone had plenty of space but we also greatly enjoyed the common areas, huge dining room table, expansive outdoor patio and of course the pool! The house was clean and as described. Would absolutely recommend!

Wonderful house!

We absolutely loved the house! Great location, clean plenty of space!! The pool area could have been warmer, the actual pool it self was not warm enough, so we didn't stay long in the pool. I will boom again for my family next time, thank you!

We had a wonderful time. We were 7 families with kids and adults. Enjoyed the Swimming pool, back yard hot tub and view was amazing!!! We called the Red Barn vacation to re-stock the gas for grill outside and they responded very quickly! Much appreciated for everything!

Great weekend with classmates

What a wonderful weekend we had! We loved it so much for booking for next year. The house was lovely. We really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. The view alone is worth the trip! We did place a call to Red Barn about some lights that were blown. They came right away and fixed them for us.

Almost Perfect

This is our 3rd time staying at this property and needless to say we love it there! We met the owner on this trip and he is very nice. We are excited to hear of the coming work to be done on the house as you can tell time has taken a toll on a few things...but overall the house is perfect. The views, the layout, the comfy beds, the wonderful linens! No complaints. Loved it!

The view from peregrines perch is so beautiful. The house was very nice although there were some things that needed updated and repaired. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The dining table was large enough for our group of 18. The bedrooms were clean and bed's comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

50 th Wedding Anniversary Celebration with family

The house was as advertised and very clean. Sauna does not work and a minor issue with a shower handle was quickly resolved. This is truly the best view of the lake and we spent many blissful hours on one of the upper decks. Beautiful home impeccably furnished, well-stocked kitchen, and in a private setting. All 20 of us, 12 adults and 8 children were comfortable and had plenty of space. The kids loved the pool. It was a vacation that we will cherish in the years to come!
