For shared use: garden, lawn for sunbathing. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking. Grocery, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Ried i.O. Gemeindeamt" 550 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 40.3 km, outdoor swimming pool 300 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km. Tennis 100 m, sports centre 7 km, gondola lift 50 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 50 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Fendels 7 km, Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis 8 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Lake 100m. The local ski resort "Fendels" is only 50m away and within 10min you can reach the ski resort of Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis with 185km of downhill.

Die Ferienwohnung war für 3-4 Erwachsene optimal. Sie liegt optimal am Skigebiet Fendels. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Leider gibt es kein Tiefkühlfach, keine Mikrowelle oder Backofen. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Für uns hat alles gut gepasst. Wir würden die Wohnung gern wieder mieten. Leider gefällt uns der Ort Ried nicht so gut.

Fijn huis,erg schoon, aardige verhuurders. We hebben een fijne vakantie gehad alleen erg toeristisch gebied(Serfaus,Fiss,Ladis) Veel te doen voor kinderen. Zwemmeer nabij huisje erg leuk! Supermarkt en bakker op loopafstand.

Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Wohnung einfach, sauber und total gut gelegen (Badesee, Bergbahn etc.) Es war ein sehr schöner und entspannter Urlaub.

Die FeWo war so groß, dass wir mit unseren 3 großen Jungs (2 davon erwachsen) genügend Platz hatten. Von der Sauberkeit war meine Frau begeistert. Dass es doch Liegestühle und einen Sonnenschirm gab hat uns sehr gefreut. Die Nähe zur Gondel und zum See war klasse.

Super Gastgeber und gut angebundene Unterkunft zum Skifahren. Etwas veraltete Küchengeräte aber funktionstüchtig, Matratzen für meinen Geschmack etwas zu hart. Unterkunft aber absolut zu empfehlen.

Schönes, ruhiges Ferien“zuHause“

Eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz. Wenn man viel unterwegs ist super! Leider kein Backofen, sonst aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Zwei Schlafzimmer haben „nur“ Lichtschächte, keine Fenster…für wen das wichtig ist. Uns war es nicht wichtig. Sehr netter Vermieter! Die Betten sind extrem fest…da hatte ich persönlich ein Problem mit, meine Kinder fanden es super!

Fijn appartement op uitstekende locatie

Het appartement is voor een gezin met twee kinderen ruim! Fijn dat er een dubbele wastafel en een toilet in de badkamer is. Er is ook een apart toilet. Het appartement is compleet! De ligging is super fijn, lekker rustig en binnen 2 minuten sta je bij de gondel naar Fender! We miste wel een oven. En de vloer was erg koud op blote voeten.

Keurig en net vakantiehuis, netjes schoon en vriendelijke beheerder. Via een wandelpad naast het huis de Badesee en de lift binnen 5 min lopend te bereiken. Prettig verblijf gehad met 3 kinderen. Veel te doen en Serfaus, Fiss en Ladis vlak bij. Zeker een plek om terug te komen.

Eenvoudig ruim appartement

Pluspunten waren de aanwezigheid van twee toiletten, bad, lekkere douche, ruim voldoende handdoeken, parkeerplaats en ruimte. Minder goed vonden we gebrek aan een oven of magnetron, de vastgemetselde bedden en banken, weinig stopcontacten en de schoonmaak met Franse slag
