Barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Motor access to the house. 10 m footpath to the house. Parking at the house. Grocery 1.2 km, restaurant, bus stop 800 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Tennis 1 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, gondola lift, ski school, sled run, children's playground 800 m. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. This apartment is a partner in the Montafon Bergeplus program.
2-room apartment 52 m2, lower ground floor. Tasteful furnishings: entrance hall. 1 double bedroom. Large living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV, radio and CD-player. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Terrace, patio. Terrace furniture, deck chairs, box-room. Very beautiful panoramic view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Einwandfreie Unterkunft

Die Ferienwohnung war in einem top Zustand, ansprechend und hell eingerichtet und gepflegt. Dazu eine wahnsinns Sicht auf die Berge. Die Vermieter waren super freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir konnten leider erst später als zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt anreisen. Das war für die beiden überhaupt kein Problem und konnte schnell und einfach per E-Mail kommuniziert werden. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnug auf jeden Fall weiter!!

Tolle Unterkunft bei netten Vermietern

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Vandans. Sind auf Skiern die Straße herunter gefahren bei dem vielen Neuschnee. Einfach alles perfekt.

Tolle schöne Neubauwohnung, Schön eingerichtet. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieterin! Alles da was man braucht. Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, am Ortsrand etwas erhöht, toller Blick in das Tal. Golmbahn 400-500 Meter zu Fuß zu erreichen

2 weekjes zijn wij te gast geweest in dit appartement en dat Is zeer goed bevallen. Het is schoon, compleet, met eigen terrasje en nu ook een bbq plekje voor de gasten. Als je van rust houdt op een mooie plek met een fenomenaal uitzicht en ook nog mooie wandelmogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving; dit is de plek!

Schöne und zweckmässig eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr sauber. Für Wintersportler ist wichtig zu wissen, dass kein beheizter Skiraum vorhanden ist. Die Skier können in einem Schuppen der Vermieter untergestellt werden. Die Wohnung ist an ruhiger Lage.

prachtig huisje ideaal voor twee personen

De ligging van de vakantiewoning is prachtig, mooi uitzicht richting de bergen. Volop privacy, gastvrije en behulpzame eigenaresse. Het huis is schoon, compleet ingericht en comfortabel. Perfecte ligging om het gehele gebied te verkennen.
