This turn key one bedroom apartment is located 6 blocks away from the beach and just 3 blocks away from main street. The apartment is in a small quiet building and is set up for extended stays. It's the perfect home away from home. The unit is fully furnished and has all the essentials. All you need to bring is a toothbrush and a change of clothing!
Also included is reserved off street parking spot and internet. Building has an onsite laundry room.
I live close by and have a management team which is available at anytime in case of problems or concerns.
Guests will need to sign a standard residential lease prior to occupancy.

The best experience across the board!

Not only was location perfect, the apartment was super cute, and the thing that I was most impressed about was the owners! The communication was so kind and helpful, I felt like I was treated my family! I highly recommend this place, this is been my favorite rental experience ever- thank you again for the hospitality, the flexibility, and all the great communication.
