The flat is always professionally cleaned and sanitized for your health and safety.

Note: The apartment comes with a small elevator which can only first one person with luggage.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transport or by car.
Vincennes Station is just 3 minutes away from the apartment and it goes directly to the city center of Paris.

Please note that late check-in after 10:00 pm will incur an additional charge of EUR 20. Check-in after midnight is subject to confirmation.
We will charge you 200€ for each lost key (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe.
If the door is slammed, there's no way in without a key. Please keep it always with you.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at a minimum.
