Upper floor: gallery 11 m2, with sloping ceilings with rooflight with 1 double bed and air conditioning. View of the city. Facilities: washing machine, safe, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, gepflegt und auf der Seite der Atstadt, die etwas ruhiger ist. Sie liegt aber so zentral, dass in ein paar Minuten alles zu Fuss erreichen kann. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist gut. Das Bad ist modernisiert die übrige Wohnung soldi und sauber. Herausragend an der Wohnung ist die Lage, fußläufig oder per Straßenbahn sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell zu erreichen. In direkter Umgebung sind zahlreiche sehr gute Bars, Pubs und Restaurants und dennoch ist die Wohnung ruhig. Fazit: optimale Unterkunft für einen Trip nach Prag!

Schöne kleine Wohnung in sehr guter Lage

Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Nachts war oft sehr laut von der Straße her wegen der Kneipen und der zentralen Lage. Das ist dann ja auch natürlich so.

Top Lage und gut eingerichtet

Die Wohnung liegt in der Prager Neustadt, ist eine perfekte Ausgangsbasis, um die Alt- und Neustadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Die Straßenbahn ist auch nicht weit. Das Viertel mit seinen vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Kneipen und kleinen Läden ist auch sehr schön. Die Wohnung liegt auf 2 Etagen unter dem Dach und ist auch mit dem Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Bis zu vier Personen können hier komfortabel wohnen. Ist alles für einen gelungenen Städteurlaub in der Wohnung vorhanden, auch eine Klimaanlage. Bestens!

Przyjemny pobyt w stolicy Czech. Apartament usytuowany w dobrym miejscu blisko centrum. Wszędzie blisko. Mogliśmy zwiedzać Pragę na piechotę. Cztery osoby w mieszkaniu czuły się swobodnie. Wyposażenie apartamentu wystarczające na tygodniowy pobyt. Jedyny mankament to brak miejsca na swobodne rozpakowanie samochodu.

perfect location for quick stop in Prague

The appartment is really well located in the very center of Prague. not convenient for families though, since it can be a bit noisy especially during weekends. Bars, bakeries, nice restaurants are located just down the street which is extremely convenient! Everything Inside the flat which is needed is there, and working perfectly. Definitely recommended to people who want to enjoy the city for a few days!

En vacances en famille, nous avons choisi cette location sur PRAGUE. Accueil du propriétaire était très sympathique. Idéalement placé dans le quartier de NOVE MESTRO , nous avions tout à proximité centre commercial, supérette, boulangerie. Le logement en lui même était très fonctionnelle , il y avait tout à l’exception d'un micro ondes. Le défaut de cette appartement qui se situe au dernier étage , il n'y a que des velux avec des stores à lamelles pour faire office de rideau. Ce qui veut dire qu'a 6 heures du matin, la lumière rentre complétement dans l'appartement, c'est le seul petit hic. A part ça, je conseille cet appartement pour l'emplacement , la convivialité du propriétaire et surtout le bon rapport qualité/prix.

Mieszkanie super poza kilkoma "drobiazgami" -niedomykające się drzwi lodówki -cieknący kran w kuchni -obluzowana półka w łazience oraz brak dodatkowego miejsca w łazience(półka , szafka cokolwiek) świetna lokalizacja, winda i klimatyzacja na plus!!!! wrażenie ogólne dobre , drobiazgi do poprawy a będzie rewelacyjnie :-)
