You can enjoy your own private beach area, lounge at the heated beachfront pool or take a 5 min walk to the Jetty or the Venice public beach. (Calendar month rentals only)

Worked great for us

The property was very,very nice,clean,and well supplied with everything we needed.It also had plenty of room for all our belongings with closet and drawer space.It was our best rental ever.

Great Stay

The condo is right on the ocean with a view of the ocean from the glass lanai. In February, the sun was positioned so we could watch the beautiful sunsets from the lanai or beach every night. The condo was recently renovated and is very nice. The owner is wonderful!! Joanie even had fresh flowers and a bottle of wine and snacks for our arrival.

Beautiful Oceanside condo

Wonderful condo. Very clean, good amenities. Easy access to beach. Beach chairs and umbrella available to us. Laundry on same floor. Owners made us feel very welcome and were available if we needed anything. We have rented in the Venice area for the last several years and this condo was one of the very best.

The hosts are excellent and very responsive. The newly remodeled condo is beautiful and contains everything one could possibly need for an enjoyable stay.
