The mansion "Villa Merlin" is a house built in the old English style, situated in a residence quarter on the edge of the historical city centre of Marianske Lazne. House, 3 storeys, built in 2006. In the resort, 100 m from the centre, in a central, quiet position, located by a road, in the countryside. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop "Mariánské lázně, tržnice" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. Golf course (18 hole) 3 km, tennis 500 m, slopes 3 km. Please note: the photo is just an example. Additional accommodations can be booked. The southeast side is opened over the house terrace into one of the most beautiful portions of the historical spa park. The proprietor arrange gladly on demand of guests an attendance of cultural events, of cure treatment, of drinking cures, a visit in the swimming pool, at the golf or tennis court, in the riding school, trips into the environs as well as scenic flights.
"Twain", 2-room apartment 38 m2 on 2nd floor. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 pull-out bed (2 pers.), dining table and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (2 hot plates, kettle, microwave, freezer). Shower/WC. Very beautiful view of the garden. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (fenced) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher.

Service/location perfect, rest is aging

Superb address - close to park, close to center but still out of center noise. And another positive thing - good parking. Unfortunately very thin walls so if your neighbors wake up early you have to wake up as well (or if you go sleep late, neighbors are not happy/friendly). Have been here 4 years ago - seems not a lot has changed - cracks in the wall, damp ceiling. For longer stay need to find a good restaurant - cooking is not an option for every day.

Ubytování v překrásné vile v klidně části města. Výhled do parku s nádherně podzimně vybarvenými stromy. V dochozí vzdálenosti vše potřebné - kavárna, restaurace, bistro i obchody. Apartmán vkusné zařízený. Příjemná atmosféra a velmi dobrá domluva ohledně příjezdu a odjezdu. Věřím, že si pobyt ještě někdy zopakuji.

Alles Top. Sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage. Das Apartment ist sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Kann ich nur empfehlen und bin mir sicher das wir wieder kommen. . Was auch Toll ist, das man auch seinen Hund mitnehmen darf.Also das Gesamtpaket ist Weltklasse. Weiter so.
