We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Ajaccio, this charming air-conditioned flat with sight sea, with less than 200 meters of the beach, with swimming pool, of a surface of 42 m ² and being able to accomodate to 6 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (with lift), it consists of a nice living room of 14 m², an open equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a nice terrace. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 14 m² living room with TV, sofa bed and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, Nespresso coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200) and an en-suite bathroom with bath and WC.
- Bedroom 2: two double beds (140×190) bunk beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC.

Exterior:
- A 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the nice days.

Exterior common to the residence:
- A swimming pool (heated), open from April to October (opening date not contractual), secured by a fence and a gate. Sun beds and parasols are available.

The flat is ideally located in Ajaccio on the Bloody Islands, one of the most popular places in the city, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Ajaccio is a lively city which will allow you to discover many activities, both cultural and natural, but also leisure activities.
- A promenade along the sea where you can stroll or jog.
- The Bloody Islands.
- Saint-François beach at the foot of the Citadel.
- Capo beach where you can practice water sports such as paddle and surf.
- The National Museum of Bonaparte House at 500 m.
- Departure of hiking and trail near the accommodation.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the private parking of the residence, there are no numbered places, free parking. There is a car park on each floor of the residence.

As for other means of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Bus: bus station in front of the residence.
- Nearest train station: Ajaccio train station located at about 15 minutes by car.
- Nearest airport: Ajaccio airport about 20 minutes by car.

Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.

- Pets are accepted on request for an extra charge of 15 €.
- All the rooms of the accommodation open onto the terrace.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
