Loved this place! Only thing kitchen was missing was a baking sheet...but no big deal!! Excellent location, close to shopping and restaurants. Close to disney. Quiet neighborhood. Pool was chilly, but expected that in october. Could have paid for heated pool, but chose not to. Definitely would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we all hated to leave... the home was perfect... you felt way more at home than you do on vacation and in the best of ways! Checking process was a headache they requested personal information out side the app (not agree) , I have to buy cleaning supplies, (poor service for the number of people house handles) no thrash bags!!! What in world. To use the pool extra charge, to have a grill extra charge!!!! I a frequently use a vacation house and is the first time I faced this ridiculous rules!!!

This property is a perfectly placed getaway. Far away enough to avoid the noise but still close enough to enjoy all of the wonders of Orlando/Kissimmee. My family enjoyed the spacious getaway. Will definitely book again

The AC did not work and was told it was fixed and it wasn't. The age requirements was not specified at the frontend of the rental rather after payment was made. This will be the last that I use or recommend. I have done Executive Villas and have never had an issue as such.

Brand new AC system installed in June and no issues. The issue the guest had here was our anti party policy where we do not allow those under 21 to book the home.

The pool was so much fun and the house was spacious. Problems were when we booked we had said we were bringing our dogs and it was on the confirmation that they sent me I got a strange message saying that they CONSIDERED having pets, we never would have booked if it was questionable, but that got worked out , next the house was extremely sparce especially if you have a large group miss matching everything and really uncomfortable furniture except the master bed was comfy the guest bed was on the floor tho, missing art work blinds falling on the floor so as for a "luxury house" not really. Overflowing trash not the best first impression The worst thing was the fire alarm was going off for around 3 hours non stop loud ear piercing my dogs and family are tramatized one is a therapy dog. We called and called to try to get a answer on when they were going to fix it but of course they had no answer also did not take any responsibility they kept insisting it wasn't there fault they eventually fixed the issue and they did apologize for the inconvenience but it was " out of there control " I would not ever book with that host again.

The fire alarm situation was indeed unexpected and caused distress to both your family and pets. We understand the importance of maintaining a peaceful and safe environment for our guests, and we took immediate action to address the alarm issue as well as the overflowing trash. We apologize for any inconvenience these incidents may have caused.

Overall the stay was acceptable, but there were several issues that future guests should be aware of.The listing includes an icon suggesting there is a hot tub, which was one of the reasons we selected the property. However, there was not a hot tub on the property at all during our stay. It wasn’t a situation where the hot tub was temporarily not functioning — there simply was no hot tub available at the home. That was disappointing and felt misleading when choosing the property.There were also some maintenance concerns. The refrigerator showed rust around the bottom of the ice maker, and the bathroom sink had visible rust as well. These are items that should be addressed to keep the property in better condition for guests.To Vrbo’s credit, after the issue was escalated they did provide a partial refund through their VrboCare program, which I appreciate.The location and the home itself have potential, but the listing details and maintenance should be improved so future guests know exactly what to expect.
Booked last minute as hurricane Ian made us change our plans. However it turned out well for us, Highland Reserve is an area we know well, the villa was the perfect size and close to local shops. It was clean and tidy but as with most holiday accommodations it could do with a little spruce up for example the living area couch had lost all support first time I sat on it thought I was going to go through 😂. The pool area was good and you get some beautiful sunsets! The kitchen had everything we needed, but we only eat breakfast in the villa as I don’t cook on Holliday we either eat out or have a takeaway. But did notice there was pots and pans? Overall very enjoyable stay.

We booked the trip at fairly short notice. The villa had all the facilities we needed. It is a little worn in places and there were no clothes hangers in property when we arrived, but otherwise it met our needs for the holiday. The location was great for getting to Disney, missing the busiest roads.

The house is clean and is as described on VRBO. You can see Disney and Epcot fireworks if you walk up the ridge in the backyard. The house has a lot of space for people to hang out in. We liked the sitting area in the front of the house.
Overall though, the furniture could be more comfortable. The couch in the TV room sinks so low you might need to call the fire department to get out of it. There is only one TV. The beds were not comfortable. The pool was nice but the party before us left balloons and glow sticks in the pool. Pool deck could use some pressure washing.
Overall, management was responsive to messages and the house created a space for us to make lasting memories. With little improvement this house could easily be 5 stars.

Where do I even start? This house is completely bare. And what it does have hardly works. The pans were so disgusting that I had to buy my own. They only had 4 forks and this house is supposed to be for 8-10 people??!! The vacuum didn’t work. The dryer left lint all over our clothes. No broom. We have never been in an rental home that was like this house and we travel often and stay in them often. Stay away from this house… it’s run by a management company that can care less about your comfort and stay. I communicated to them the issues and they said they’d put a ticket in and reimburse me for the pan. Never once did they say sure well bring over what you’re missing or is not working. Absolutely horrible.

To our future guests. This guest reported 7 forks in the house for the 4 guests and said 'no need to send anything over, we are fine, just letting you know'. Of course as soon as we knew we, we replaced additional forks, no big deal at all. As for the pan 'concern' mentioned here, we will look at these and if needed of course we shall replace. If the vacuum doesn't work it will also be replaced. The lint filter needs to be cleared (as with any drier) in between washes. The primary 'issue' the guest seemed to have was that after 5 nights of their 7 night trip, they ran out of toilet paper and couldn't accept that we would not deliver additional toilet paper on spec for this self catering home.
Everything was very clean, great location easy check in great communication with property managers. I would agree it needs more light but only in the pool area.
