This stunning vacation home, refurbished in June 2022 comfortably provides accommodation for up to 16 and is located in the Stunning Solara Resort – one of the newest and most in demand premium resorts in Orlando. At over 4000 square feet, this home is larger than most 7-bedroom homes in the community.
An additional benefit of this home is it is within comfortable walking distance (3 minutes) from the clubhouse amenities – all of which are included at no extra cost when you book with Shine Villas.
Open Plan Living downstairs with a large dining table, plenty of seating at the kitchen bar area and a large couch with the main living area television.
This area has direct access to the pool deck, the outside private pool and spa, dining table and outdoor couch.
You have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay and included in your visit is access to the Club House, resort, and amenities, NO RESORT FEES with us. These comprise some of the best facilities in Florida, including sports courts, heated zero entry resort pool with cabana loungers. Children’s splash zone / pad area and a gym as well!
Other than food and drink at the restaurant (which is fairly priced – Shine Villas recommends the house burger and fries at around $11) and bar, and the Flo Rider SURF SIMULATOR (this is the only optional add-on at the resort), access to all facilities are included in your nightly rate – no resort fees here! Just take along a towel or two from the pool towel stock in the home, and you are set to go!

The home has high speed WIFI internet throughout & private on drive parking, with overflow spaces just behind the house for when multiple families are in residence.
Linens, towels, and starter amenities will set you up for your arrival evening before your first trip to restock the large Fridge and Freezer in this self-catering paradise.

2. “Knee Deep” – Queen Bedroom Suite. Enjoys private en suite bathroom with shower over bath. Sleeps 2.

3. Grand Master King Bed Suite with garden tub, separate large walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. Sleeps 2.
4. “Pirates” Pirates of the Caribbean 2 Queen Beds . Themed Room with Adjacent Pirates themed bathroom, with twin sinks and shower over bath. Sleeps up to 4.
5. “Rebellion” Let’s hope there isn’t a rebellion deciding who will sleep in this Star Wars themed twin bedroom suite with 2 x twin beds Back upstairs. Jedis can their weary heads. Sleeps up to 2.

Pool
A large heated zero-entry resort swimming pool with a splash pad and waterslide as well as a Flow Rider surf simulator.
Private poolside cabanas are also available on first come first served basis.

Enjoy a workout at the state-of-the-art resort fitness center, which includes multiple treadmills, cycling machines, ellipticals, and more.

Outdoor Facilities
The resort offers several outdoor activities, including basketball and sand volleyball courts, a soccer field, and a kid's playground.

A BBQ grill with a new propane tank can be delivered for your use for an additional fee. A grill is not included in the standard rental.
The pool in this home can be heated on request and for an additional charge - this is recommended during winter, and early spring and if you wish to have the spa heated. Pool heating will include spa heating to turn the bubbles into a steaming hot tub.
The pool heating is $35 a day inclusive of tax, with a minimum activation of 5 nights and when booked, should be for the duration of stay.
Booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival, there will be no activation fee. If booked during the stay, an activation fee may apply.

Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie’, confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (whichever is the sooner). Where this is not completed, the booking is liable to cancelation without further notice.
The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day and all reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions which confirmed bookings are agreeing to and are displayed prior to completion of the booking. This includes that no parties or pets are permitted at this home.
