Parking:

Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability. Please note that buses, RVs, trailers, and boats are prohibited in the community and can't be parked overnight or the tow truck company will tow them.

▪ We provide four parking spots, available on the driveway, plus you will get five passes to park in designated parking spots
▪ Street or grass parking is not allowed. Vehicle will be towed
▪ If additional parking is required, there are spaces available near the club house on a first come first serve basis
▪ Make sure you or your guest does not to block in any way the sidewalk nor park on the grass, you will get your vehicle towed. It is illegal by Florida State Law.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.
• You must provide a credit card and a $500.00 hold will be placed on it and returned if no smoking was detected

Additional Services:

✔ Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details. Please notify us at least 3 days in advance if you are planning to use the Pool/Spa Heater to be able to turn it on and have it ready for your arrival.

✔ Your BBQ Grill is free!. Guests must provide the propane gas. If you want us to provide it, it will be $75.00 to deliver it and a $75.00 cleaning fee if not returned clean and will taken out of your deposit
