Sports shop/ski rental. Heating in winter only. A cash deposit is required for the parking gate key and parking pass (CHF 200 or EUR 200). If you leave early in the morning, you can get your deposit back the day before your departure and will have to pay for parking for the last night. Large resort "Rosablanche", 8 storeys, built in 1972. 10 m from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing, pond. Tennis (01.Jul. - 15.Sep.), basketball, children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, sauna (extra). Massage (extra). Steam room (extra). Lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house, public parking 100 m extra. Shop 10 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, station/poste" 7.7 km, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities 10 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school, children's ski school 10 m, ski-kindergarten 7 km, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km, children's playground 10 m. Ottimo per sciatori di tutti i livelli .
La location é eccezionale , peccato che il complesso ha solo un ascensore , non ha sauna ne alcuna zona Spa, inoltre il ns . Monolocale era arredato in maniera molto spartana con gli scarichi dei lavandini non sanificati , in quanto acqua non scorreva . Per la zona ski room giudizio negativo .

Einfach, zweckmäßig und sauber. Das beste ist die Lage. Es geht nicht besser wenn man zum Ski fahren kommt. Sehr freundliches Personal. Nächstes Jahr wieder.
