In the house: lift, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Motor access to the house, except in winter 200 m. Public parking 300 m extra. Restaurant 100 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Sion" 20.5 km, outdoor swimming pool 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 25 km, tennis 7 km, skisport facilities, ski school, sled run 100 m, ice rink 7 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: 4 Vallées 100 m. Hiking paths: Barrage de Cleuson 5 km, Bisse de Chervé 5 km, Bisse de Saxon 200 m.
"Mont Fort 43", 1-room apartment 35 m2 on 4th floor. Very simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), radio and CD-player. Entrance hall with 1 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Balcony, south-east facing position. Please note: non-smoking house. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Siviez ski holiday

Although this is just a studio apartment it is comfortable and well-equipped; due to its location on the East side it does not suffer from the noise of the piste-bashers. We had a great time.
