About this property
BEEKMAN PLACE a HIDDEN ENCLAVE
We are BOOKED for Jan/Feb 2021.
Building a new home and need a place til it's done? Want to move to Sarasota unsure of where you will buy? Rent from us while you learn about Sarasota and if you commit to having me be your Realtor in your search for a new home, you get a discount on the rent. Or just rent for 7 months at $2000 plus utilities and VRBO charges.
We are so close to downtown, to the theaters, to a multitude of restaurants and still be in an established, gated community full of walkers, joggers, bike riders all ready to say 'Hi'.
The house has everything you could possibly want in terms of comfort: queen beds in two of the bedrooms, twin beds in the middle room.
Sit in the lanai and watch the sunset (or enjoy it in air conditioning from the plush sofa). Sun bathe in solitude from the paver lanai extension. Play ball on the backyard grass, watch the banana trees produce their fruit. Or hop on a bus at the community entrance and ride to downtown or St Armands Circle or to University Town Center and shop til you drop (admittedly, a car will get you there faster). Two car garage attached.
Enjoy two Community two pools and a tennis court.
You can walk to Publix, Detwillers Market if you don't mind a stroll of a mile or so. Outback, an Indian, Italian and Applebys restaurants all next to Detwillers.
Or drive along the University Pkway corridor for dozens of other places to eat/shop. Five miles from UTC (the mall) or five miles to the airport.
Attached garage, 30acre preserve view from the great room and covered screened lanai.

About the host
Hosted by Karen Wantuck
I am a Realtor and real estate investor buying and selling homes since 1980. Not always a fan of Florida until I moved to Sarasota in 2005 because this lovely city is quite international, has seasons of sorts, and is the cultural capitol of SW Florida meaning (once Covid is handled) that we have all manner of entertainment, not just beaches.
Why they chose this property
Location is ideal. Community is peaceful yet so close to exciting activities be that great shopping, eateries, and when again possible, live theater. And, yes, the beaches are close.
