This open floor plan, with two spacious living areas allows for great entertainment. Fully furnished with modern appliances, and tasteful décor throughout. Conveniently located on a large corner lot with a street-to-street driveway and plenty of parking.

The Primary Suite #1 has a Deluxe Cal King bed, Hardwood floors, 65” Smart TV, expansive closet and full Makeup Vanity. The en-suite bath features a glass enclosed shower, free standing tub and a double vanity. Slider door to center courtyard.

Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, Daybed with trundle, closet, 55” smart TV, and slider door to center courtyard. Bathroom is just outside the room.

Bedroom #3 The original Primary, is separated, from the other bedrooms. Deluxe King Bed, Large closet, remote ceiling fan, 40” Smart TV and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The fully stocked and equipped Kitchen is well appointed to make cooking and entertaining easy. A large Center Island for preparing gourmet meals and modern state of the art appliances, Kitchen Aid Double Oven, Sub-Zero fridge, Microwave, Bosch Dishwasher and everything needed to cook wonderful meals.

Family Room has a 65" Ultra HD/4K Smart TV with Spectrum service, Netflix and Amazon Prime and gas fireplace.

When gazing at the Best Mountain Views, capture the sparkling pool, along with a Volleyball Court, Horseshoe Pit, Tetherball, Shuffle Ball, and Cornhole, for your pleasure. A night game of "light-up" Bocce ball, is a must!

-Quiet hours are 10pm-7am.

-ABSOLUTELY NO PETS AND NO SMOKING ALLOWED!

-There is NO Fence surrounding the pool (Therefore the Child Restrictions). Over 12 is okay.

-PRIMARY RENTERS MUST BE 35+ YEARS OF AGE.

-There is a mandatory CITY OF INDIAN WELLS TRANSIENT OCCUPANCY TAX (tot) of (12.25%) and a TOURISM BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT (TBID) TAX of (1%) that will be collected in addition to the nightly rate and cleaning.

ALSO: If you are found to be in violation of the occupancy (6 guests total) or the noise rules, you will be fined $250 per night of your stay.

PLEASE NOTE:
I just wanted to mention that we are a beautiful, small and quiet community. Any parties or loud music will draw complaints from the neighbors and jeopardize our VRBO eligibility. If you have no issues with that, we would love to host you.
