About this property

This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath home is bright and spacious with large windows, plenty of seating, and stylish furniture throughout. In the home, you will find two comfortable living areas, and an updated kitchen fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and cooking basics. This is the perfect place to enjoy all Southern Utah has to offer. Just 30 minutes from Zion National Park, 10 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, and 15 minutes from downtown St. George!

Beth's place is a large multi-level home. On the main level, you will find a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, and living room as you first walk in. There is also a laundry room, walk-in closet, master bath, master king room, and an outdoor patio/backyard on the main level. On the second level, you will find a large seating area with a smart TV and an additional outdoor patio. Around the corner, is a room with a queen bed, a full bunk bed, and a single twin bed. Next to this room is a large walk-in bathroom. Next to the bathroom, is a spacious room with a king bed, a twin/full bunk bed, and a large walk-in bathroom attached. High-Speed Internet - 500mbps fiber. All TVs are smart TVs.
A signed lease agreement and a refundable security deposit is required.
