On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Flims, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 1 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, south facing position. In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), drying room. Room cleaning on request (extra). Motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, restaurant 300 m, 20 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 150 m, railway station "Chur" 21 km. Golf course (9 hole) 8 km, sports centre 3 km, walking paths from the house 5 m, cable car 5 km, ski lift 1 km, gondola lift 1 km, skisport facilities 1 km, slopes 1 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1 km, sled run, cross country ski track 500 m, ice rink 3 km. Schöne Skiwoche

Eine gemütliche und zweckmäßig eingerichtete Wohnung für 2 Personen. Problemloser Check in und Check out. Besonders angenehm war der kurze Weg zum Skibus.

Vakantiewoning netjes en schoon aangetroffen. Servies en kookbenodigheden voldoende. Twee opmerkingen uitzicht balkon voldoet niet volgens beschijving (vrij uitzicht op de bergen) Punt twee bedkussens aanvervanging toe zien er smoeselig uit. Verder geen klachten.

Schöne 2-Zimmer Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr hübsch und komplett eingerichtet mit moderner Küche (inkl. Geschirrspüler). Das Geschirr und das Besteck sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig...aber ansonsten hat alles gepasst. An einem Morgen war in der Wohnung unter uns eine Baustelle mit lauten Lärm. Ich finde das sollte besser koordiniert werden und nicht in der Ferienzeit bauen...

Bel appartement, bien équipé et bien situé. Trois améliorations seraient souhaitables : - L'accès au garage à préciser étant donné les nombreux garages aux alentours. - Le classeur avec les indications devrait être placé en évidence, car nous ne l'avons trouvé que le dernier jour. - Nous avons également eu des difficultés à trouver un sac-poubelle taxé (uniquement disponible à l'office du tourisme).

Toller Skiurlaub, gerne wieder

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa Tavaun sehr genossen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Appartement mit einer tollen Küche. Der Skibus hält wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und man ist in ca. 5 Minuten an der Gondelstation. Dass es eine Badewanne in dem Appartemnt gibt, war nach einem anstrengenden Skitag ein Genuss.

Die sehr gepflegte Wohnung wusste durch eine schöne Innenausstattung, ein sehr praktisches Bad sowie den wunderschönen Balkon zu überzeugen. Sehr gute Lage eingangs Flims mit hervorragender Anbindung an den Ortsshuttle.
