Immenstaad: The spacious holiday park consists of multi-storey apartment buildings and wooden holiday homes, each with its own green space. In July/August, the municipality of Immenstaad offers a holiday program for children (extra). PLEASE NOTE: Cats are not allowed as pets. Child friendly resort "Ferienwohnpark Immenstaad", surrounded by meadows. On the outskirts, 2 km from the centre, 800 m from the lake. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: reception, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 50 m, bus stop 50 m, railway station "Friedrichshafen" 7 km, outdoor swimming pool 4 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km, public bathing area 4 km. Nearby attractions: Abenteuerpark Immenstaad, Pfahlbauten Uhldingen, Zeppelinmuseum Friedrichshafen, Schloss Salem, Affenberg. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Bodensee. Już trzeci raz spędziliśmy urlop w Immenstaad w obiekcie Ferienwohnungpark. Apartament obszerny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony. Cenimy ciszę i spokój, przestrzeganie regulaminu domowego i nic nie zakłócało naszego pobytu. Obsługa bardzo serdeczna. Blisko do tras rowerowych. Polecam ten obiekt dla rodzin z dziećmi, dla osób starszych, dla tych, którzy lubią spokój i potrafią się dostosować do miejscowych (nieskomplikowanych) wymogów.

die Möbel im Wohnbereich sehr "angestaubt"

In der 2. Nacht, Sonntag auf Montag ,brach der Lattenrost meines Bettes durch.Den haben wir notdürftig mit Büchern abgestützt,morgens gemeldet worauf ein Haustechniker(?) kam sich den Schaden anschaute wieder ging und sich die ganze Woche nicht mehr kümmerte.Kann nicht in Ordnung sein.Schade.Die Wohnzimmermöbel machten den Aufenthalt etwas naja.....da wir tolles Wetter hatten und die Abende überwiegend auf dem Balkon verbringen konnten war's ok

Sehr schöne Tage verbracht

Sehr geräumige und gepflegte Wohnung, ruhig gelegen, super Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Unternehmungen. Einziger Nachteil: Die Tiefgarage war zu niedrig für unser Auto mit Dachbox, bei voller Belegung könnte es damit zum Problem werden das Auto abzustellen.

Ferienwohnung empfehlenswert

Schöner heller Wohnbereich. Alles da was man so braucht. Frische Brötchen gibt es um die Ecke. Der Hafen ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar. Norma nicht weit weg. Wir haben allerdings Nachtkästchen vermisst. Geschlafen haben wir dort sehr gut.

Die Dusche war für ältere Reisende mit Geh- und Kniebeschwerden nicht gut (Der Einstieg in die Dusche war viel zu hoch und dementsprechend auch die Duschtasse selbst).

Haus 49/42

Die Wohnung selbst hat uns gefallen, aber die Einrichtung und die Pflege war doch sehr ältlich und nachlässig. Die Fenster und auch das Holz des Balkons waren defekt und die Farbe blätterte ab.Der Schalter der Stehlampe war defekt, man musste immer den Stecker benutzen. Die Matratzen der Betten hatten auch schon Kuhlen. Einzig das Badezimmer war mal renoviert worden und in Ordnung.Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt gefallen, vorallem die Bodenseecard. Wir haben unser Auto häufig stehen gelassen!

Unser Team vor Ort wurde informiert und der Lampenschalter wurde repariert. Auch die Matratzen wurden geprüft und befinden sich in gutem Zustand. Die Fenster werden ebenfalls weiter geprüft und gegebenenfalls repariert. Vielen Dank.
