Cute and cozy little casita! Very close to Big Bend entrance and Terlingua restaurants. Beware that Google Maps will try to route you all of the place; these Casitas are next to the hardware store and Gordo’s food truck.
Very simple, clean and comfortable. Easy access to the National Park. Multiple places to eat near by, we really enjoyed our stay. Great for first timers.
Great location right off the highway. Heat and AC worked great. Limited dishes and bath towels… but comfy beds. There is not a TV so just fyi.

Convenient location to the state and national parks, but right on a highway so it wasn’t great for quiet or dark experiences.Very clean, roomier than a hotel with basics as shown in the photos for microwaving and storing food.
We stayed for 5 nights. The proximity to the park’s West entrance can’t be beat. There is a nearby gas station and small grocery store where we purchased our meat and produce. Terlingua Ghost town and the road to Big Bend State Park is also nearby. It was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for my family of 4 (incl. 9 yo and 15 yo). B had a picnic table for family dinners outside. Like others said bring an extra towel if you have 4 people and extra trash bag, or reuse grocery sacks. We essentially packed like we were glamping. Use “Just Ahead” App to give you info about BBNP while driving through.
A friend and I stayed here while visiting Big Bend National Park. The casita was spotless, close to the park and provided a great place to rest in between park adventures!
Excellent parking, consistent wifi, nice porch, spacious interior, secure. Close to town and parks. Bath clean and working well. Good number of trash cans. Bed and towels good quality. Kitchen has very basic prep stuff. Freezer needs defrosting and coffee maker should be thoroughly cleaned. Harsh light bulbs in kitchen. Shelving under bath sink needs a hammer. Rug in main area needs cleaning.

Stunning place! Adventure awaits around every corner
We loved our stay at casita b, it was actually bigger than I thought it would be. The location was absolutely perfect for daily visits to the national and state park and visiting the terlingua ghost town as well. Absolutely loved it, I would stay there again
We had a small issue in the very beginning but the owner was responsive and immediately took care of it! And sent us for a yummy and fun dinner in Terlingua. The beds were comfy and it was actually a lot more spacious than we thought it would be. The decor was fun and the location was pretty unbeatable. One small issue - it sleeps 4 but we only had three towels. Not a huge deal but not ideal. I’m sure it was an anomaly given how great everything else was. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend!
Great typical house. We spent very good time. The view is magnificent. It would be perfect if the property was provided with wood for the burning fire pit, portable cooktop, some pans to cook.

Husband and wife of 34 years, and daughter and her fiancé are helping manage. We have owned property in this area for many years, but it was only a vacation spot for us until we decided to purchase a couple of businesses in Terlingua. We LOVE Terlingua and the whole Big Bend area!
Why they chose this property
This casita is conveniently located near the West entrance to Big Bend National Park. After a day of hiking or rafting, you will appreciate the Casita's proximity to numerous restaurants, fuel and grocery stores. We are located just off Highway 118 so there is no need to hunt for the casita in the dark skies or on rough, high clearance vehicle required roads in the area. The casita has one of the best, unobstructed, views of the Chisos Mountains of any rental in the area. This property has solitude, and beautiful views of the Chisos mountains to the east, and Big Bend mountains to the south. Maticulously kept its 2 years young!
