Cosy timber house "Nepumuk". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre of Arendsee, 200 m from the lake, 200 m from the beach, in the woods. For shared use: property (fenced). Table tennis, children's playground (swing). In the complex: washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Motor access (via unmade road). Public parking 250 m extra. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Arendsee, Strandbad" 400 m, railway station "Seehausen" 18 km. Minigolf 500 m. Please note: car recommended. Groups of teenagers on request only. The owner lives on the same property. The photograph shows a typical example. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The total of 7 wooden roof holiday homes are located in a small holiday complex, 200 m away from the Arendsee lake, which offers a beach, boat rentals and steamboat trips (extra).
3-room house 65 m2 on 2 levels, on the ground floor. With sloping ceilings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, cable TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds. 1 double bedroom with sloping ceilings. Electric heating. Terrace partly roofed. Sitting area. Facilities: telephone. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. Maximum occupancy: 5 people (a baby or toddler as a 6th person is NOT possible). Visitors are ONLY allowed with prior registration (tourist tax required!). 1 car (no mobile homes) parking space at the house included, additional vehicles CANNOT be parked on the property.

Was soll ich sagen? Wenn man Urlaub macht, haben die alltäglichen Sorgen schlechte Karten, die müssen zu Hause bleiben!!! Es war sehr schön, die Finnhütte eine neue Erfahrung für uns, das Wetter hat mitgespielt, die Ruhe in der Natur war sehr schön und wir hatten alles was wir brauchten. Kurz gesagt, wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub am Arendsee und bei Nepomuk. Leider kann ich ihre Pflichtfragen durch das Übereinanderschreiben nicht lesen. und wenn es ohne nicht geht, dann ham wir schon den ersten Minuspunkt.

Süsse Häuschen im Campingflair im Pinienwald mit verschiedenen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kinder (Volleyballnetz, Sandkasten, Klettergerüst, Tischtennisplatte...) Sehr freundliche Vermieter der 4 Häuschen, die auch vor Ort sind und mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stehen.
