Shop 300 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop, railway station "Davos Dorf" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1 km, bathing lake 1 km. Mountain railway, skisport facilities, slopes, ski school, sled run 1.5 km, cross country ski track, ice rink 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Parsenn 300 m, Jakobshorn 1.5 km. The building is located upstream of the resort of Parsenn mountain and offers beautiful view. Parking + garage (reservation on arrival).

Wij verbleven 14 dagen in dit zeer verzorgd app.Alles netjes - niets tekort en vooral zeer proper bed- en badlinnen. De service zoals het hoort.MAAR! De bouw stond in de stellingen! En de dakwerken hebben dus ons verlof, wat rust en stilte betreft erg teleurgesteld. Erg spijtig!

Confortable, bien orienté, parfaitement silencieux la nuit, équipement cuisine OK, lave-vaisselle efficace, propreté suisse, piscine chaude, buanderie commune avec 2 lave-linges et 2 lave-vaisselles, parking simple d'accès. Wifi, rapide, sans problème. Et comme toujours à Davos, gratuité des bus, train, téléphériques et funiculaire pour les touristes ! Davos, le paradis des randonneurs.
