At Villa Ocean Blue you will have the entire house with 1/2 acre right on the beach for your family. We are currently in the middle of adding a pool to our beachside which is why we have blocked all reservations until after summer when we hope to be finished. We are located in a quiet secluded highly desirable NW area of Grand Turk. While very private, we are only a short drive downtown to the grocery store and shopping. Or, a short walk down the beach to Bohio resort for casual dining or to book a diving trip to "The Wall” We are not on the Island of Providenciales. A recent build, The Villa features vaulted ceilings, modern appliances, Dedicated AC in ALL rooms, Smart TV's in all rooms and a wrap-around deck to sit and enjoy some of the most stunning sunsets anywhere. The villa includes 4 bicycles and an outdoor grill. We even include a courtesy car for you to use during your stay! And we include transfers from and to the Airport.

Paradise on earth

An amazing property in a fantastic location. House is modern, clean and comfortable. Beds and sofa are super comfy. Property is right on the beach and shell hunting was incredible. We felt safe at all hours and it was nice to see security and police patrol nonetheless. Another nice touch was having some of the basics waiting for us upon our arrival so we didn't have to run out and grab groceries right away. A/C was fantastic and kept the house at consistent temperatures regardless of outside temps. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay

We had a lovely time. We traveled to Grand Turk with our 2 & 7 year old kids. The house had everything we needed, was clean, and in the perfect location. Our kids loved seeing the donkeys, we all enjoyed walks on the beach, trips around the island and great food at some of the local restaurants. We wish we could have stayed longer and hope to be back in the future!

This Villa is in the best location, appears brand new, and is very clean. Our hosts were so thoughtful, accommodating, and really customized our stay. The car was a great addition to the rental. We will be back!

Trish and our Family have traveled have traveled all over the Caribbean from all-inclusive resorts to private islands keeping an eye for that perfect place to spend retirement. We were even married in St Lucia! We found these destinations to be spectacular locations but either too secluded or too commercial. We found Grand Turk to have the perfect balance between the two. The Villa and the Island checked all our boxes and is truly a place to step back in time and loose track of time.

Why they chose this property

This is not a Tourist Center. If you are looking for a place to relax, unwind and reconnect, Grand Turk is the perfect choice. You can just sit outside on the covered porch or lay in the daybed on the beach and read a book or take a nap. Or, lounge on the beach and work on your tan. We are the last house on Northwest Shores. The next place north is miles away. It’s one of only a few beaches in the world where you will see more donkeys and horses than the occasional local beachcombers. The sunsets are truly spectacular and often last for more than an hour. Dining is excellent with several open air restaurants serving fresh seafood from the seafood market with outdoor dining overlooking the island and beaches. It’s a special treat if you happen to visit when lobster is in season. If you are more adventurous, you can tour the island and visit the lighthouse or book a dive or fishing trip.

We are a true 3 bedroom, no lofts or nooks. Master bedroom with walk-in closet.
